Cloud kitchen in Austin Downtown – run by an amazing superwoman!!
I was literally hungry on this Sunday and wasn’t in mood to cook. Having said that I was literally craving for food with homely touch. I searched google and found this place has decent ratings. I went and saw their menu and ordered their special lays frankie and chilli chicken frankie. If you haven’t tasted, please do taste as it is unique and delicious in taste!! Then my mind shifted to chaat section and I ordered Panipuri and Vada Pav. I loveeddd their panipuri…especially their jaljeera water! and Then I ordered one lamb biryani for home. It was mildly spicy and decent one in taste. I am very much eager to taste their other dishes as well.

I was missing Aamchi Mumbai taste everywhere in Austin but finally I found it in Bollywood Masala. I tried their Chaats, they are mouth watering. My favorite is Aloo Tikki Chat and Ulta Vadapav. Curries are excellent. Their Pavbhaji, Pizza and Pasta Dishes are so yum. Ordering back again.

I had an amazing experience ordering from this Indian restaurant! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The rich, creamy curry was packed with taste, the rice was perfectly cooked, and the dessert was the perfect sweet finish. I especially loved how everything was presented with care. Ordered the chicken dum biryani (was given boneless biryani) and chicken 65, and the quality was well below acceptable & taste was terrible . The biryani was extremely oily and the taste was poor. It’s an abomination to call that as biryani. Rice was not evenly cooked , it was hard and grainy . Chicken 65 was hard ,tasteless with excessive oil and bad. This was a very disappointing experience.

Had food here recently and it was absolutely amazing! The portions are generous — probably the best quantity I’ve ever received at a restaurant. You must try their vada pav, chicken tikka, dal makhni, and pav bhaji, rolls — all were so, so good! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and served with care.
