I had a wonderful experience at the Waffle House in Chelsea, AL. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel welcome. My waitress was friendly, attentive, and paid close attention to every detail of my order. What really stood out was the atmosphere—every staff member was smiling and genuinely seemed to enjoy working there. The manager set the tone perfectly, ensuring everything ran smoothly without ever hovering or micromanaging. It was clear that the entire team took pride in serving others. All this plus high quality food preparation and taste made for an excellent dining experience.

I really enjoyed our server, cook and one of the other really sweet female servers. I was really disappointed when one of the other females had her hair completely down, another coworker told her to put it up, she laughed like it’s a joke and continued to play with her long hair standing less than a foot from the cook and the food. Not ok that’s highly unsanitary for food it’s not a joke. The female who had her hair up was very nice and professional when she talked to us though I liked her attitude a lot. The blonde girl needs to understand if you work in food especially where it’s cooked infront of customers to take hygiene seriously it grossed me out to think of how many people will get hair in their food from her. Questionable if we will come back.

Im so surprised there’s no reviews yet but Im glad I’m the first. With about 16 people eating when we got there and about 28 when we left it was very busy which in some cases can be a bad thing but our experience and food was great! It was around 10:40ish when we got there and not even 8 minutes later our food was ready! It was pretty busy our server was Star and she was really sweet and occasionally checked on us and so did the other guy on the left of the grill. I dont have anything negative to say only good things. The atmosphere was comfortable and you could tell everyone on line were working together.

Miranda, our server was so sweet! And Miss Queen was in the kitchen, and made the best eggs we have ever had! If you are privlidged enough to have her cook for you, you will truly be blessed!

Before I pull up to the Restaurant, I Always look for the red car in front of the building. I forgot to get the lady name, but she’s the best cook they have, but make sure you stop by before 6:30 or 7 a.m. I guarantee you, your food will be hot and fresh, eggs pretty, bacon pretty, heck everything pretty. I guarantee you y’all your taste buds will be dancing. LOOK FOR THE RED CAR!!!

From my first visit one late night my food was really great. The cook Queen is really consistent with her servers her food never disappoint, I’ve even sat in my car until she arrived to work because I knew I would be satisfied, not only do she cooks great I notice she’s always wiping things down.

We was there at 5am on November 1, 2025. Queen was the cook. The waffles was light and fluffy. Everything we got was so good.. There was a waitness with her. I think her name is Mary. She was great also.

I wish I had gotten their names but we went on 9/20/2025 at 8:00pm and our cook and waitress were on point! Clean restaurant, awesome service, delicious food!!! It will now be our Waffle House of choice! Even spoke with manager and he was super friendly too! They aren’t working and just watching the clock…they make it an enjoyable experience! Highly recommend!

The food was burnt when I got a take out order, could hardly even eat my food, the service isn’t so great, I had to go inside the place because they weren’t answer the work phone, turns out there was only like 2 tables that had customers while the workers were on their cell phones. The best part about this place is the atmosphere it’s very clean and not too loud.
