Every time I go there, the staff is always kind, accommodating and caring. You can tell they cook with passion. I walked with my baby stroller and son and they had me go sit down inside so I was comfortable and asked if I needed anything while they prepared my food.

I usually fly right past this little spot but today I had my window down and could smell the food and had to pull in. I’ve officially found my favorite spot for elotes because the blessings of the lord are in this cup. I wasn’t crazy about the rice but will definitely be back.

Very Americanized tacos. The al pastor was was not well seasoned. Not terrible but definitely not authentic, not even close. Didn’t try anything else.
Ok 2025 update they definitely changed! They have an authentic flavor now, they upped their game. We got well season Al Pastor with the chicken tacos, tasting tender, juicy, and flavorful.

Had steak tacos they were delicious. Saw a lot of people getting the chicken will probably try those next time, they looked good. Only downside to this restaurant is parking. It’s minimal and in area with heavy traffic

I’ve watched Carniceria y Fruteria La Morenita get built as I drove past over the last 2 years and always said I’ll stop. Well, today was the day and I’m glad I made that decison. I was surprised that they were open on New Years Day. We got 3 flour and 1 corn pollo taco and my taste buds flew through the roof! Not only were the flavorful, they were loaded with love. The service was fast and the menu was simple. Thanks for a delicious meal while on the go! See you again soon!

Best tacos in the area in my opinion. The guys are always nice. And nothing better than pausing your days for a few moments to enjoy a mandarin Jarritos, tacos and fresh air in the patio with with heavenly scent of chicken grilling wafting in the air.
