Ordered delivery. We understand they’re very busy during the storm. Everything is good except the rice has a taste and smell of cleaning product and only has pork pieces in it and is extremely dark/over cooked, no sprouts no onion. Egg roll and chicken wings are fantastic.

I used to love this place. I went with my Nana and had great memories! However I ordered take out for lunch recently – just their hot and sour soup and an order of crab rangoons. When I went to pick it up, I said hello, went to the counter, and took my wallet out. The blonde older woman didn’t even greet me. I said hello and told her I had a takeout order and provided my name. She stated the total and immediately said, “We dont take checks. You know that.” (In a very nasty tone) – I also hadn’t been there in ages so Im not sure why she assumed I would know that despite not even having my checkbook. Remaining cordial, I asked “Checks? I am paying with my card.” She just said OH, took my money handed me my bag. Not even a thank you. No sorry for the confusion or assumption. No conversation whatsoever. I told her to have a good day. Customer service is everything and I will not be back. I went out of my way to go there from 30 minutes away, wasnt even thanked, wasn’t even greeted, and the food was not nearly as good as it used to be. Sorry to say I will never eat here again.

I ordered the all-day Chicken Lo Mein. It came with “fried rice” and egg roll. The Chicken Lo Mein wasn’t too terrible, but not the best. The fried rice was disgusting, and the egg roll wasn’t great. The pork inside was pink! I would say food poisoning is ready to happen if I didn’t catch it. I asked for sweet & sour sauce. The lady didn’t know what the sauce was. I ended up getting a pink sauce, which is supposed to be red. I opened up the container, and the smell of vinegar burnt my nose. Overall, the food isn’t great, overpriced for poor quality and food poisoning opportunity!

I tried lucky panda for the first time ever today and I was left upset, disgusted and disturbed I took 3 bites and then noticed maggots on a piece of my broccoli I immediately spit my food out and threw it all away, $20 worth of food WASTED because this restaurant doesn’t check their food quality I want everyone that orders food from this place to know it is GROSS and their reaturant is NOT clean

The food here is consistently good. It’s not the best food, but I don’t think we’ve had a bad meal. I tried the spicy fried rice just for fun and I loved it. I was super stoked to eat the leftovers.

This restaurant is by Far the worst Chinese place I have ever ordered from. The beef fried rice was greasy and no flavor at all other than the burnt taste. I will never be back. I hate throwing food away but I know I will make myself sick trying to finish what I couldn’t stomach at lunch.

I have never eaten in this restaurant however have ordered many times through doordash. The food arrives very quickly, is always piping hot, the portions are generous and the food is delicious. My only complaint is that they don’t take care in their packaging and several times several boxes and condiment containers have opened on the trip and have spilled all over the bags. The restaurant needs to take better care in their packaging for delivery orders. Twice I’ve stepped outside to pick up my order which was packaged in paper bags and had leaks which caused the bottom of the bag to rip and my food to spill out on my porch.
