Spokane Valley Papa Murphy’s has the best employees. They take pride in making their pizza’s, they do not skimp on the toppings or sauce, they do not bunch up items in one area of the pizza while leaving other areas bare, their pizza’s are made perfectly as if they were taking home to their own family. I love Papa Murphy’s Pizza, it is truly the best and the price doesn’t deplete my checking account. I work in a care facility and will bring the residents a Papa Murphy’s pizza and they all love it.

Ordered $75 Worth the pizza Online. Tells me pizza would be ready for pickup @ 5:33 pm when it was ordered @ 5 pm! Get to the store and they tell me the online doesn’t give the right time for pickup up and their is no manger onsite to refund me!? An that they are a hour behind. But I just talked to a customer out in the parking lot and they said they ordered there pizza at 5 pm!? I have watched 20 walk in and out of the store with online orders in the last 15 minutes. Now I understand why people don’t eat out! Will never buy pizza from this location ever again!

As far as the pizza and the service at each location, it’s always been satisfactory.
The thing that is not satisfactory, and is nearly infuriating is your online credit card processing. It almost never works on the first try and sometimes takes several attempts with different cards or just doesn’t work at all. And I know it’s not just me, because I’ve brought it up at 2 separate locations and 2 different employees have stated…”yeah, we hear that alot”. THAT’S A PROBLEM! FIX IT PLEASE! Again, the pizza and service is great, just make it easier to order, so that customers don’t want to strangle someone when they come in the door. THANKS!!!

I walked in to see a huge line of customers and my heart sank, as I was in a bit of a hurry. I resigned to the fact that it was gonna be awhile….but I was so wrong! This is literally the fastest Papa Murphy’s location I have ever been to. The crew operated like a well-oiled machine and my order was ready in about 5 minutes!! I barely had time to sit down after my order was placed. Staff were very friendly and the facility was very clean.

The order was fine and the actual service was great. My complaint would be your website and the “Slice promotion” you are offering is BAD. I click on the $1 Slice promotion to add my order and choose just pepperoni and the promotion shows in my cart along with a $13 for my one topping medium which in my opinion should be $1. Redid it 3 times with the same results. UGH.

We have been coming to your store for years but after tonight we will NEVER RETURN!!!! From false advertising to the RUDEST OF EMPLOYEES!!! Do NOT know the blonde employees name but she was beyond HORRIBLE not just to my husband but another elderly lady telling them that because they “already ordered they needed to get off the bench because it’s only for customers ordering”. My husband has had a total hip replacement and standing is difficult and the lady sitting next to him had to 60+ years old.
The false advertising is concerning the stuff crust ads still being up even tho it “ended on Tuesday”. We bought and paid for black olives but according to the same blonde employee they “were out of them”.
I’m definitely beyond ANGRY at the treatment of not just my husband but the other lady as well. If I didn’t have to leave a star of any kind I’d definitely not be leaving one.

We love this place. They have always been a family favorite but last night we ordered a few pizzas and they weren’t made the right way. We usually get extra cheese and extra sauce on our pizzas. When I started to make them I realized that they didn’t have anything extra on them. So I tried to call them and speak to a manager but every call lead straight to a busy signal. I ordered a deal of a large 2 topping pizza for 13$ and some change and asked for extra mushrooms. The guy on the phone snickered and said that would make it a 3 topping pizza? I’ve ordered often from Papa’s and the sign states extra toppings are $1.75 each. So I said forget the extra mushrooms. Pizza prices are crazy here. As soon as I got home I see a commercial from Lil Caesars for a large 2 topping of your choice for 6$!! And I wouldn’t have to cook it. The pizza from Caesars is comparable to Papa’s in my opinion.
