I just witnessed a crazy situation. One of the employees here seems completely unhinged. She told a customer that he had to pick up his order and take it with him into the restroom. She refused to give him the restroom code so he could use the bathroom first before picking up his order. Instead, she insisted he take the order and then go to the restroom with it.
That makes absolutely no sense. Rather than letting him use the restroom first and then pick up his order, she expected him to carry the food into the bathroom. It’s honestly disturbing that people like this are working here. Judging by how she looks, she probably doesn’t even wash her hands after using the restroom. She doesn’t seem to know what basic hygiene is.

I had a horrible experience at this particular location. Were do i start for starters my order was wrong Lucky I checked so that was corrected. My food was undercooked underseason. So after paying 50 plus dollars I had to re cook my food it was evident the employees weren’t paying attention to detail from the people taking orders to the cooks. If I could id give them a negative . Moral of the story you will be extremely disappointed if you visit this location for food. Just nasty extremely I could go on and on and on about the horrible service!!!!

Honestly speaking, this is one of the worst wingstop locations I can consider. For starters, the wings are SO DRY due to them not adding ENOUGH SAUCE to the wings or they come out BURNT AS HELL. Next, their employees don’t take their job serious.. They constantly conversate and don’t focus on their work and that’s why orders take forever to be made and why they turn out wrong. All in all, I really do hope they figure it out and fix these problems because this one on lake mead is a total mess! I don’t know if it’s the lack of management the manager is not doing or whoever but changes need to be made in that location in order for this restaurant to stop having so many 1 stars and with such poor reviews. YOU REAP WHAT YOU SOW. DO BETTER!!!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered delivery that was my 1st mistake. Paid extra for 2 32oz sprites and got 1 small orange soda and 1 small root beer. Blasphemy. I also paid extra for bone in wings and there were FEATHERS in my wings. Whole entire feathers. Dead inedible.

Honestly speaking this is by far the worst place ever I love wingstop and I go here because it is the closest to my house other than the 18 + min drive to other locations….. so honestly speaking from service to managers to how this place serves customers is the worst I’ve ever encountered. Guaranteed, never fails every single time they screw up my order and they are always rude about it when I call them out on it. I really hate the fact that this is the closest to my house please make a new location near by.

This is by far the worst place to grab a meal. I regret giving them a second chance. I’m from California and occasionally visit my dad throughout the year. The first time I ordered, my meal was wrong, but I overlooked it and ate what I received. The second time, I was told my food would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived earlier than that, and surprisingly, it was already ready, which should have been a red flag.
When I got home, the food was cold, they hadn’t fulfilled my order correctly, and it tasted like someone else’s leftovers that had just been thrown onto my plate. There was no effort to heat it up or add more sauce to improve the presentation—they just sent it out like that. Honestly, I feel like I could have gone to the store and bought some wings that would have tasted better.
I called to express my concerns and spoke with an unpleasant manager. Her proposed solutions were to remake my order or issue a refund. But what about the time and gas I would waste on making two trips? I’m tired of establishments thinking those are acceptable solutions. Instead, they should focus on training their staff and ensuring they properly prepare the food we purchase with our hard-earned money. They need to do their job right. I recommend avoiding this place altogether.

I always get soggy well done fries unless I watch them make it. When I come for pick up adding more time for my wait. Today I did uber eats priority and I got the MOST SOGGY BOTTOM OF THE PAN SHORT TINY FRIES. I LOVE WINGSTOP BUT THIS ONE WILL NOT DO WELL DONE FRIES.
