Great Shake Shack! I stopped here for dinner not to long ago, and I have no complaints. Plenty of parking out front, and tons of seating inside. The kiosk ordering was quick and efficient, and the food came our very quick. Not to mention, the employees were spectacular! One of the workers was even coming around to every table offering sauce packets and napkins. I tried the big shack, which was delicious, and my shake and fries were also amazing. The inside is clean and modern, with a bunch of seating, as I mentioned before. There is also outdoor seating. The thing I love about all Shake Shacks is that they always have a free water dispenser and cups. This is super convenient so that you don’t have to pay extra for a drink. A great place to stop for a quick and delicious meal.

Shake Shack Nanuet absolutely earned these five stars, especially because of one menu item that completely surprised me – the strawberry banana shake. I’ve had shakes from a lot of places, but this one instantly stood out. It tastes like something handcrafted, not overly sugary, and not artificial at all. You can actually pick up the fresh strawberry flavor, and the banana blends in perfectly instead of overpowering it. It has that thick, creamy consistency you expect from Shake Shack, but the fruit flavors make it feel like a dessert and a treat at the same time. If you’re someone who loves classic shake flavors with a twist, this one is worth the trip on its own.
The staff was friendly, the order came out quickly, and everything was made fresh. Even though Shake Shack can get busy around meal times, they kept the line moving and maintained a clean and organized dining area. The atmosphere is bright and modern, perfect for grabbing a quick bite or sitting down with friends or family.
Overall, the strawberry banana shake became my new favorite drink here. If you’re stopping by this Shake Shack location, definitely give it a try — it’s easily one of the best shakes in the area and totally worth a 5-star rating.

Great Shake Shack! The K-Shack burger was lit!! William made the whole experience worth while. From the time that we entered he kept us engaged and the constant follow ups to check on us felt like I was at a restaurant rather than a fast food place. Definitely recommend to try this place out!

I felt compelled to write a review after seeing what great customer service Michael is providing at this location! As soon as we walked in he greeted us immediately and took great care while taking our order. He even asked everyone who was on their way out of the restaurant if they wanted any refills. It was honestly just very refreshing to see someone who loves their job and is genuinely happy to service others. I know this all sounds like the bare minimum for customer service but not that often these days do you see employees ever work this hard.

Everything was delicious! I especially loved their chocolate milkshake. It was the perfect consistency. Not too thick that couldn’t be sucked through the straw but not too liquid-y either. It was our first time at this location. Half of our party went to find a table and the rest of us stood there waiting for our food. We didn’t realize they actually take it to your table. The server walked right by us. My only feedback would be to let people know if you see them just standing there. Other than that though great experience. Clean location, including the bathrooms.

As a hospitality professor, I can confidently say that Michael exemplifies the true “hospitality spirit.” His kindness wasn’t something scripted or forced through training, it was authentic, effortless, and sincere. In today’s world, where genuine care for others can be rare, especially in fast-casual settings without tips, Michael stands out as someone who serves with heart.

The food is always delicious and the customer service is very friendly, and they actually greet you when you arrive with eco-friendly packaging for food. However, I have to take off two stars because, the food is just so expensive, the site is glitchy and the food is not ready by pick up time. Therefore, if your hungry than your struck waiting for your food despite the fact that they already charged your card and you ordered in advance. The only way I can justify the prices, is using their deals on their website so I can get one of my items is free. It’s worth it, if you get one of their deals, where you get a free item for 10 dollar minimum because I have used it, to get a two delicious burgers for the price of one and than your actually full after your meal because one burger is just not enough to fill you when your hungry because the portions are very small so I recommend if you go there try their big shack which will fill you with one meal or use their other deals where you can now try different burgers for the price of one burger. However, they need to improve their site and make certain that food ordered in advance is ready by the pick up time because, it’s just too expensive for your card to be immediately charged and you still have to wait for your food.
