Runza Restaurants Serving real food requires a real commitment. It all begins bright and early each morning. Instead of serving breakfast, we’re making homemade bread dough from scratch. We’re hand-slicing onions. We’re shredding lettuce for our salads. We’re stirring up homemade chili and fresh ground beef filling for Runza® Sandwiches. It’s a labor-intensive process that doesn’t let up until long after closing time. We know there are easier ways to do all this, but our commitment to doing things the right way is as real as our food, and that’s not something we’re going to change.

I have generally been a big fan of Runza and choose it over other fast-food restaurants because the quality is usually much better. Unfortunately, this particular location has been inconsistent.
Each time I’ve visited, the fries have tasted like they were cooked in old oil, which really takes away from the experience. On a positive note, the burgers have been great and are consistently well prepared. However, my most recent Runza was not very good at all, which was disappointing.
I wanted to give this feedback because I truly enjoy Runza as a whole, but this location is falling short in terms of quality—especially with the fries and the Runza itself. My wife agreed with me during our last visit, so it wasn’t just a one-time issue. I hope this location can address these concerns and bring the quality back to the standard Runza is known for.

My family was traveling and we decided to try it. Never again. The fries and onion rings were good. But that sandwich…took one bite and my stomach tunrned. If you like soggy bread and unseasoned surprise this is your place. But be warned…it might give you the RUNza!

This is the second time I have gotten sick after eating their food plus they got my order wrong. I won’t be coming back as the bags that my food came in were soaked. I dont know if it was grease or what, but it was not pleasant.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a cheese Runza and fries plus a bowl of chili and the cinnamon bun that comes with it. The Runza was hot and delicious! The fries were also hot and very crisp. I ate the chili later and it was chunky and very good. I was surprised that I only got one pack of crackers. The cinnamon bun was very tasty. I warmed it up and ate it for dessert.

Gave me and my son food poisoning. He’s only 2 and has been throwing up all night. He had a kids cheeseburger and I had one cheeseburger. Both of us got sick immediately an hour or 2 after. Never coming here again. Disgusting.
