To be fair the pizza we ordered was amazing. Hot and delicious. HOWEVER, the “boneless wings” we got were not edible. I called as soon as I saw them and they were very nice and offered to bring out new wings. They never came. I don’t believe I will be seeing these wings. Why lie to me? Just tell me there’s nothing you can do. My son doesn’t eat pizza he only eats the boneless wings. So I had to make him something else. I’m attaching a photo of the wings. How could anyone send that to someone? These were not touched by us. They can like this.

I been eating pizza hut for my whole life. I have never before had a pizza quite like this one. I ordered a 5 topping stuffed crust. I got No sauce, very little cheese. All the toppings fell in my lap or on the floor. The crust is still doughy and the cheese for the stuffed crust is still like string cheese! I worked off an on for pizza hut for many years this pizza would have gotten the cook and whoever was boxing the pies canned on the spot!! This is terrible pizza. Its one thing to make bad pizza but this is rubber and I wont eat it. I really dont think that store can do any better tho. Time to shut it down.

Gross Pizza, COLD, No cheese or sauce and I ordered extra cheese and sauce. Delivery stinks supposably Uber and Door Dash are doing the delivery and it sucks. Pizza hut app said delivered at 7:41 PM but really was delivered at 8:05 PM. Owner needs to shut this Pizza Hut down, clean house and start over and stay engaged. I was shocked at how poorly one could send a pizza that is poorly made to a customer. Pizza Hut Corporate needs to investigate and shut it down. Disgusting experience….

Not sure what the deal with the low ratings are… but I got a 10$ large 5 topping pizza and I did the trick with 5 toppings on one half and 5 on the other and it was one of the best pizzas I have had ever gotten from a pizza chain.

I ordered a large pizza and wings, I did it online so I didn’t realize or know I would have a 2 hour wait, until I looked at my receipt and it said 2 hours. I tried to call and see what the wait was for but nobody answered the phone.
Two hours later my pizza and wings arrived, but instead of a handed tossed chicken pizza with garlic cream sauce, I got a red sauce pizza and no sauce on the wings….they put a spoonful in the bottom of the container, but not enough to cover the wings.
I called back and was on hold for 11 minutes, finally they answered and said it would be another two hours to get a replacement, but I had to wait because my wife took our car seat with her so I couldn’t leave home.
So the new pizza arrives and as he leaves, he hits our raised flower bed. I call the store and the area manager was there, but wouldn’t talk to me on the phone, instead told the employee to tell me that I can file a police report but there was nothing they would do for me.
So for a $24 pizza order, I waited 4 hours and now have to fix $200 worth of a flower bed….You Suck Pizza Hut!

They make some of the absolute worst pizza I have been had. Abysmal taste and toppings and cheese were so sparce they only covered about 50% of the actual pizza. Each slice had maybe 2 bites where you got actual pizza toppings and the red was undercooked pizza dough and burned pizza sauce. Just absolutely terrible taste and presentation. Also they forgot all the sauces we paid for.

Very disappointed in our Pizza Hut experience tonight. Tried to get a hold of the store at 275 w university for 45 minutes to let them know about a burned pizza we received. Never answered the phone so we had to order a replacement from another chain.

Horrible pizzas at the Denton, TX location off University! Our medium pizza was cut super uneven and barely any cheese only slices. The double pepporoni New Yorker was all over the box and barely had any Pepporoni and tastes terrible. It was cold when it arrived and the crust was hard. It looks like pizza that was in the fridge for 2 days. We ordered Pepsi Zero and they gave us Diet Pepsi. Super disappointed.
