That essential dessert destination, us seven people dropped in after a kids baseball game to find a well run and hustling cone, Sunday, and blizzard buffet. Our whole order was backed up with half the team also joining with their families inside and drive through but the wait was fair. Fries and ice cream concoctions showed up and it all disappeared rather quick for all the talking. You know exactly what to expect here. It is great at not being awful, ice cream cakes scream for parties. I only wish they had options with less sugar!

The last 3 times we’ve been to this DQ they’ve gotten order wrong or have forgotten items that were ordered. No apologies, and when you talk to a team member, they look at you like you’re an idiot and that you’re bothering them. In the drive- thru, after every item ordered, they reply ” is that it?” And they do not repeat your order back when you are done ordering.

Disgusting Experience
They forgot all our sauces, served completely burnt onion rings, and there was a hair in my burger. I didn’t notice until we were back on the highway so i had to throw everything out. Total waste of money and it ruined my day. I tried calling multiple times and no one answered, it just hangs up automatically. Pathetic service. Avoid this place.

We just happened to stop here on our way to Chicago. The best experience that I have had at a Dairy Queen. The food was just right, but mostly the staff was friendly and helpful. I was surprised at how fast we received our food!
