Papa Johns is delicious. The other day I ordered a pizza to eat before a big event. The delivery guy from door dash walked up to my door, didn’t ring the bell, knock on the door or anything. He just set it down on the bare concrete. I know because I checked my camera. (ADT Nest camera) I called Papa Johns and the manager stated that he’d remake it, but we had to get out the door. He put a free pizza on my account for next time I needed one. The managers there are quick to make whatever issue right again. I’ve always loved Papa johns, but this solidified it. we are a PJ pizza fan for life! Thank you!!

This is the most disgusting place I have ever been to in my life these disgusting workers need to be fired! They had a pizza on the ground and I have video proof of it they picked it up and the lady told the other one” oh we’re not running away from that it has to get served!”I have video of the pizza on the ground and the lady said it was still on the oven and tried to serve me it. The food is always fantastic along with the Service. Staff always smiling polite quick helpful service to help you get exactly what you want with a breeze. Now the atmosphere I don’t feel is the best at all. There’s times the store will be top of the line very organized and clean other times it’ll be lightly dusty with flour starting to accumulate its not like that long. The bathroom is another story most times when you open the door it looks like but you walk in and it always has an odor to it like someone just got done taking a fresh Pooooohhh .

Terrible customer service from the person who is supposed to be the manager at Papa John’s from the minute we walked it. Terrible attitude towards everything we asked him. I walked in on Fourth of July at 9pm and because of his bad attitude, I asked at what time he closed. He said at 10pm. So, he still had another hour before he closed the store. Then, everything we asked him, he responded as if it bothered him that we asked. How can the owner or owners not be aware of this? How is it that they do not read all these bad reviews complaining about the same person and his poor customer service? Reviews and excellent service is what makes businesses successful for a long time.

Never again!!! First of all, the manager was of no help… more like an attitude “sorry about your bad luck”…. It started with calling to order pizza, and got the call center. I had it on speaker phone so everyone heard the deal, and helped decide what to order. I asked if they had any specials going on. They said we have a large 3 toppings for 9.99 ok got 2. They said would you like to add on some kinda bites and a drink, I said yes. They showed up with 2 large pizza I paid 48 dollars for. Somehow when I called back it went directly to the store this time, which was a complete waste of time. I understand the store filled the order they received (from the call center) but the rude manager (jeremy) didn’t need to make smart comments. At this point in time the call center has no idea what I ordered, and the store says I paid regular price. Maybe I did, maybe I didn’t. I feel like I was scammed. How can the call center claim to have specials, but the store manager says “All we got is 2 pizzas , no bites and no 2-liter” Bye Papa Johns!

Attention to detail has improved and delivery has been very timely. Keep up the good work! The cheese sticks that I had tonight, 10/8/2022, were made correctly.. finally! I don’t know if it’s a new team there or everyone has stepped up their game but keep it up everyone.
Update as of 10/28 I’ve ordered 3 times now in a month or so and it’s been delicious and fast via door dash. Really impressed.

The food is good here, the manager was very rude but the person answering the phones gave excellent customer service named Daniel deserves a raise for his excellent phone skills.
This manager would not make it in a larger town with more options. So I promised the person who took the order a good review, he was very conscientous named Daniel, Papa Johns has a great employee with this particular individual who answered the phone.

My pizza was delivered burnt to a crisp. The 45 min wait was okay but don’t send out a burnt pizza. The pepperoni was brown it was so done. We did receive a second pizza that was way better, so we really appreciated that.

I would like to start by saying that I have been a fan of Papa John’s pizza since I was a child, so this experience was quite disappointing. I placed an order before 5pm today and did not receive it until an hour and 50 minutes later. Prior to receiving the pizza, the “Papa Tracker” stated that my pizza was delivered, so I called the store to report the fact that the pizza was likely misdelivered. I was told that the tracker did not work. Why would you have a tracker available that doesn’t work? I feel like that’s something that should have been fixed long ago. So I asked management for an estimate. He could not give me an estimated time of arrival for my pizza. All I got was excuses about the number of orders they had to fill. Ok. I get you’re having a hard time keeping up with orders but at least give me an estimate if you know the tracker is not functional. Call the driver and call me back. Something! So the pizza finally arrives… and it’s not even hot. It took so long from creation to get to my door, it was lukewarm at best. If I had not paid in advance, I would not have tipped the driver (although I don’t believe this was entirely his fault), so he should be happy I tipped in advance. I paid a lot of money for my food to get this poor delivery service. Based on this experience I don’t recommend this establishment for your pizza needs. It’s too much money for substandard service. Spend your dollars at a different pizza parlor.
