First time trying Playa Bowls and they did not disappoint. Only got a 3 star because the young lady keep talking to one of her friends instead of fixing our orders. Then apologized for the wait, like it couldn’t have been avoided. All good though, I’ll still come back when in the area. I ordered the dragon berry bowl ( I think that was the name) and a Aloha smoothie. Thanks again

Love coming here! Also love that they have an app that lets me order ahead of time- awhile back the Chia Pudding bowls weren’t listed on the app, but were on the menu board in-store. I mentioned it to the staff and now the Chia Pudding bowls are available in the app. I never have a bad experience here!

Two hours to get my order for four people. The service is so slow at this place I find it hard to recommend it despite the excellent food. Imagine a busy weekend day, the parking lot is full as is the eatery. The area next to the register is covered with slips of paper (orders) and there are only two people working. It was taking them ten to fifteen minutes to complete each order. Preparing this food is VERY time consuming and there is not enough key equipment to maintain a smooth work flow.

I can’t stop going back—these bowls are downright addictive! Every bite feels like a perfect balance of flavor and freshness, and I love that I can indulge without the guilt. My husband and I have tried so many varieties, but my go-to is the vibrant pitaya base. The combo of chilled, juicy fruit, crunchy granola, and just the right drizzle of golden honey is absolute heaven.
Even my husband—who’s never really been a “bowl” guy—is hooked. His Nutella bowl obsession is so real, he’s the one suggesting we go grab some! That’s when you know it’s good.
And it’s not just the bowls… the juices are next-level too. The ginger shots give you that fiery kick of energy, while the watermelon and green barrel juices are crisp, refreshing, and ridiculously good.
If you haven’t tried it yet—trust me, go. You’ll be just as hooked as we are.

I had never been to one before, so I didn’t know what to make of it. I’m not generally a smoothie guy. Sure, I have made my own on some rare occasions, but Playa Bowls seems like it’s endorsing a lifestyle around the things. And, you know what? They are actually pretty good. I was pleasantly surprised. Prices are pretty reasonable for what you get. We will be back.

I come here all the time and the only reason I returned was because I like the taste of the food but the service here is the absolute worst, and I’ve asked on 3 separate occasions to speak with a manager and nobody seems to know when a manager is available to speak with customers. As you can see in this picture, it’s watery, the granola was soaked and soft almost the texture of oatmeal. I cannot believe the products they are putting out and the way they treat customers. I’ve also called and not been able to get a manager on the phone.

I adore this place! This one is the Coco Craze (sub strawberries for pineapple) but honestly haven’t had a bad bowl here. The Cocoloco is also a favorite. Love the airy atmosphere and friendly service.

Downright best place of its type. The staff are so kind, the atmosphere there is better than multiple highly rated restaurants, and there aren’t words enough to describe the food. Although not a proper restaurant, it fills the gap that any old Starbucks can’t quite capture. 5/5 in every aspect.

I love Playa Bowls! Always super quick and easy to bring on the go or eat inside! I’ve only had minor issues with my order, but every time it’s fixed politely and better!!!
