I had a great experience with Jaden’s customer service. From start to finish, he was professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to listen to my concerns, answered all of my questions clearly, and made sure everything was handled efficiently.
What stood out most was his positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied. It’s rare to receive service that feels both personable and professional, but Jaden delivered exactly that.

We came here for my son’s birthday without having planned anything in advance, so we decided to stop by last minute. The place was very clean, and the young man at the front desk was both friendly and informative. I especially want to highlight Eleazar in the laser tag area—he went above and beyond to help our group of 12. Since we had family visiting from out of town, he took the time to give instructions in Spanish, which was incredibly helpful and appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience. We didn’t try any of the food, so I can’t comment on that, but we’ll definitely be back thanks to the excellent service from those two young men.

We had such a great experience at Main Event in Lewisville, TX! The service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Everyone had a great time, and the atmosphere was fun and welcoming. You can really tell the team cares about their customers. We will definitely be back!

Awesome place to have dinner, eat some of your favorite snacks , and have some family fun . Or watch a football (COWBOY) game. Check out the specials online Monday-Friday until 5pm kids bowl for free. Tuesday kids eat free under 12 I believe. Not bad check it out

We chose to go here to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. The customer service for the food was horrible. We sat at the table for over thirty minutes waiting to place an order. So, we had to go tell them that we’ve been waiting. However, a server came out and started taking other people’s orders at different tables who never asked for a server, also we were there before them and others. Once we placed our orders, we got our food last and it came at separate times. I asked three different people for water and never received it. Also, some of the food was brought out cold. The only thing we enjoyed was the bowling.

01/22/26: We had a Team Building Billiards Tournament. Excellent food, service, and atmosphere.
O7/24/25: The day is here! Been waiting to see what they have new for this Christmas season. And we are not disappointed. For food I love their salmon or tortellini their string beans or salads. Everything looks clean and well painted and maintained nicely. Their real secrets are special Santa and their super friendly staff.
07/18/25: We met with Chelsea from Sales and earlier had walked the property. Allot of the upkeep/maintenance is appreciated as the everything looked great. We were treated to Flatbread Pizza(pepperoni), Cheese bread, Cheese Brussel Sprouts, Chicken wings. My wife throroughly loved the Wings, I loved the Flatbread Pizza and Cheese bread. We can’t wait to see the rest of the new menu additions! Thank you Chelsea!

I went here with my friends and it was a lot of fun! The staff is so kind and helpful and the staff is quick to serve people if they notice tables need to be run or lanes need to be run. They have delicious pizza for gluten free people/vegan people and yummy drinks. I’ll definitely be back.

I cannot say enough good things about Ethan and the team at Main Event. I was just parked there when I got a flat tire and asked for help, and they went above and beyond in the most incredible way. Ethan and his team immediately stepped in, used their own tools, helped me put on my spare tire, and explained everything so clearly and patiently that it completely turned a stressful moment into a calm and reassuring experience. The kindness, professionalism, and genuine care they showed, especially to someone who wasn’t even a customer at the time truly says everything about the type of people and business this is. I already liked Main Event, but after this, I will absolutely keep coming back and recommending it to everyone. Huge, heartfelt thank you to Ethan and the entire team, you made such a difference today and happy new year!
