Amazing experience! We were completely new to Filipino kitchen and had the “Philippinische Tafel” which is a tasting menu with 3 courses.
The food was amazing and the service exceptional. Sometimes you hear people in the hospitality business say that they have guests and not customers. At Larry’s Bar and restaurant you definitely feel like a guest. Thanks for a great evening ❤️

Went here with a group of 10. It was previously communicated with the owner by phone, reservation, orders, prices etc.
However, on arrival the was miscommunication about what was communicated between owner and manager.
Had to remind staff several times for order of drinks, unfriendly management, and not being served desserts even though it was previously agreed on. Tasty food, but the experience itself was very unfortunate.
Very loud restaurant, birthday party next to us started playing loud, obnoxious music.
Respect for the chef though.

Good food, good service and good atmosphere….the only negative was the time between the courses, it took to long, but if you have the time, it worth a visit

The owner was also very accommodating and friendly. I think that is a typical Filipino hospitality.

As a true Pinoy food lover, I absolutely enjoyed their delicious Pork Adobo and refreshing Halo-Halo. The ambience was warm and inviting, and the owner, Kuya Larry, was incredibly friendly and took the time to personally interact with all the guests.

Nice family environment with perfect philippinian cuisine. Meat and fish are highly advisable. Local philippinian desserts are just great. It’s hard to get a table there, so it’s better to book in advance.

Food was really delicious and you can really taste and enjoy the authentic Filipino dish and dessert. Thanks to the Chef who prepare our sumptous meal.

A hidden gem in the heart of Lübeck! Larry’s simply serves amazing, great quality Filipino food. I had the privilege of coming here twice while visiting Germany for the first time. The lumpia and ukoy were fantastic starters and were incredibly tasty and crunchy. The chicken inasal was sizzling, juicy and flavorful. We also had the lechon kawali, which is probably one of the best, if not the best, lechon kawali I’ve had–the skin was crispy and the pork super tender. The sauce on top was also quite special. I ended that night with leche flan and ube macapuno panna cotta.
During my next visit, I had the oxtail kare kare, which was quite delicious and peanut buttery, just the way I like it. I then tried the chicken rebosado for the first time ever and it was incredible! Honestly, I was a bit upset that I’ve lived so long without trying such a tasty dish. The chicken was coated with a delicious sweet sauce and the meat was very juicy and tender.
On top of their great food, their drinks were also very well done. The best espresso martini I’ve had.
The servers were incredibly attentive, friendly, and kind. They truly go out of their way to make sure your time with them is special. This absolutely makes sense once you meet Chef Larry, who despite being super busy in the kitchen took time out to check in all of his guests.
The restaurant itself was conveniently located and the vibe was quite relaxing. This is a place where you want to take your time, enjoy great food, drinks, and be treated well. I will definitely be back when I return to the area. I highly recommend this place to everyone–Filipinos and non-Filipinos alike!

Almost the best pig leg and pork belly I ever had in European countries, crispy and not dry, the 3 sauces provided with the dish is also nice. I also really like the self-made mango ice cream and crepes. Next time when we visit Lübeck we also would like to try some other dishes on the menu.
