When venturing off to the neighboring hotel that we also have access to, the Mayan Palace, for dinner unfortunately the service there was absolutely horrible. My family and I had to wait 25 to 30 minutes just to get a menu; we had to ask for it and everything was just super slow. People came in before us that got served and left while we’re still waiting there. Unfortunately will not be returning.
