I’ll be reporting this location to the better business bureau, and to the Madison County health department. I moved here from Indianapolis, and the Jordan’s Fish and Chicken in Indy is 180 degrees in the opposite direction from this one. When I arrived I was excited because I thought it would be a positive experience like in Indy. The man who was working there was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in the food industry. I told him I had ordered the double chocolate cake. He said, “No, you get to have the strawberry cake” and when I told him that I had ordered ahead online he said, “You did it wrong, you call here first before placing order” and nothing on the website specified needing to call the location to ensure specific food is available.
I explained that I had no idea that’s how it worked, I saw it was an option online so I placed the order accordingly. He argued and said he is all out of chocolate cake. I said, “Okay, then just give me a refund for the chocolate cake” and he very aggressively raised his voice and said, “no refunds, I cannot! You take strawberry cake!” I explained that there is no reason he cannot refund me for the chocolate cake, and he argued again saying he cannot do it. I said okay, please just give me my chicken and fries. He said, “Okay wait here, I’ll be back.” He comes back from his walk-in freezer, tosses a frozen chocolate cake at me and says, “It’s a brick but you can thaw and eat in 2 minutes.” It had frost on it and was nowhere near ready. I told him this is not what I want, just give me my food and let me get out of here. I took my remaining food that I paid for, he got away with more of my money, but permanently lost a customer. The chicken is not even cooked right so my family is hesitant to eat it. Never will I ever set foot in this location again. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. This location needs to be shut down and I will be reaching out to the appropriate resources.

Best Food In Indiana!!!!!! ordered the Gyro, and it was absolutely delicious. The meat was tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned, wrapped in soft, warm pita bread with just the right amount of tzatziki, lettuce, tomato, and onion.

Ordered from doordash the cheesecake has mold on it so did the banana pudding. The catfish taste spoiled threw it all away come in do better. Did we no throw away food that was spoiled when power was out or was this just a huge oversight temps not monitored and kept at correct temp 60.00 worth of food in the garbage because apoiled molded food was sent out
