Way overly priced!! How is a crisp bean buritto & cold tator tots with a drink 20$+? I thought this place had 3$ after 8pm menu but, apparently that was also a false advertisement.
I used to come here often, but in the last 2 or 3 yrs this location has went down hill. It’s disappointing.

Haven’t had a bean burrito in a while. $8 for half the size it used to be. And it’s like warm with unmelted cheese.

The staff were extremely friendly and the food was hot and fresh. We had to wait a long time before receiving our food, making this less of a “fast-food” option.

The atmosphere was peaceful and open, with many large windows and a clean environment. It is obvious that the employees work hard to maintain a sanitary and cared-for environment.

While the food was very good (we ordered crisp burritos, soft burrito, chips, mexi-fries, rice, beans, etc.), it was EXTREMELY expensive, priced much higher than local family-owned Mexican restaurants. As such, it is difficult to objectively recommend Taco Time when there are so many authentic Mexican options nearby.

9/2/23 1st time i buy’ in here.
I ordered total of $26.
2 Crisp Burrito (Meat aChicken)
and 1 Classic Chicken Burrito.

That day also is the day that i made a refund.
but the guy who i talked to he didnt give any money in hand but he said he’s going to return the money to my bank, and he is returning the charge for crisp burrito for total of 2. for apologizing.. and said
“once u ddnt received anything by Monday u can call here.” (i forgot to ask his name)

so when i tried to call 9/10/23, the phone is not ringing. me and my husband went to the store, at drive thru.
But the lady in there, said “she dont have any rights to make any refund or so , which i respect that, and she get my info, and let the manager/Gmanager know about that. But still NOTHING! ( i forgot also to get her name)

i dont wanna go back and fourth and waste gas for Nothing.
FYI. i lost my receipt but i can show my bank summary, that i didnt received any money back.
and the pictures below of proof that i am asking for a refund.
Hopefully the owner of this Tacotime location recognize my complain.
i also sent an email.

So hopefully next time it will be better the staff was nice but the food sucked I didn’t even finish half of the burrito and barely any tots.!!

Ordered chicken habanero burrito. It was more of a creamy rice burrito, Chicken was MIA. BURRITO looked too thin, other locations have a good size burrito. And of course no reciept was given.

First of all when I was pulling up I couldn’t tell if they were open or closed. Only signage I saw was a Taco Timesign. No lights on signifying that it was open or anything making it look inviting just a big windowed building actually mirror building (which was weird in itself). Then I ordered my food, my order came to $13. I gave the guy at the window 23.00. He then asked me is there a reason you gave me $23? I said “yes so I can get $10 back”. What we don’t teach people how to give change back anymore. That’s ridiculous! Now let’s talk about the food…Absolutely horrible! The very worst Taco Time food I’ve ever had in my life! I will not go back. Now I understand why so many are closing.

I ordered a Natural Soft Taco, beef. Where was the lettuce, tomato and sour cream?! It was like a glob of beef, beans and cheese. For the money Taco Time charges (expensive), go to Chipotle instead or Taco Del Mar, at least you can choose and see what they’re putting in your soft taco/burrito. I’ve been going to TacoTime for years and lately I just am always disappointed with the quality of the food. Go elsewhere!!!

Why is this taco time more expensive than the ones in Seattle? I paid almost $10 for a kids pinto bean meal when I pay $6 at the one by me in Seattle.

Also hard to tell if it was even open bc all the lights are off inside but drivethru on the other side of the building was open. I almost left bc I thought they were closed.
