This place was highly recommended by a coworker for their Pad Thai, which is all I ordered to go. The wait for almost 1 hour and had to be prepaid. I asked about the portion size considering the $20 charge and was told that it depended on my appetite. Well, the portion was definitely not shareable! It was smaller than what I have gotten elsewhere for lunch.
It was definitely delicious and I enjoyed it but it was not spectacular. Thai food has been one of my favorite dishes for 50 years and I have enjoyed wonderful Thai food from Vancouver B.C ., Seattle, Portland, down to Orange County CA. In short, I am a foodie and experienced diner. This restaurant is large and was packed! Unfortunately, no decent wairing area outside. Its trendy in a rustic style and overpriced for the portions which I saw on people’s plates while standing inside waiting for my order.
I can’t vouch for the flavor of other dishes, but the menu is not traditional Thai, rather Asian fusion serving Phō, spring roles, and Chinese.

I would not recommend this place if you have an average appetite or on a budget. Judge for yourself by the photo of my $20 1-person take out order of Phad Thai NOODLES.

Terrible experience! The lady at the counter was rude, and the waitress wasn’t welcoming. The waitress wouldn’t give us containers for our broth and noodles. So the lady at the counter came over to argue with us. We even offered to pay for the containers, and then she gave them to us. We were very uncomfortable and won’t be back. The food is already expensive, and I don’t have many vegan options in the valley. My fiancé and I will now have to drive an hour for good pho. We’re very disappointed!

We were able to get seated immediately and given enough time to look at the menu. Once we ordered, we waited a bit for our meal, but it was well worth the wait. The food was fresh and delicious. My husband got Pad Thai and I got combined meat Pho. For dessert we had fried bananas and ice cream. Everything was amazing, food and service was excellent.

My cousin took us here on Halloween day while we were visiting. I had never tried the spring rolls with the clear wrap but, glad we did! They were very good along with the main dishes. My wife tried their Pho and I had the chicken broccoli. We also ordered a roll, wish I could remember the name or have gotten pics of the menu.
Overall it was a great experience, I would definitely return next time I visit.

I’ve been going here since they were across the street. It used to be good, but to be honest I stopped going because the lady at the front is so rude. I’m usually super loyal, but the food has also gone down. I think all the success maybe went to the owner’s head? If you value good customer service STEER CLEAR of this place. There’s lots of good food in Visalia, I will pad see eiw at our other local spots.

I’ve had a lot of Thai curries over the years and it’s my favourite food. The Phanaeng Curry here was delicious. Tried some of the other dishes my family had and also hit the spot. Super friendly service with a smile. The decor and booths were a bit of a blast from the past but not off putting. Lots of car parking out back. We used Visalia as a gateway stop to Sequoia National Park and if I went back I would go back to Davorn’s Lao/Thai restaurant.

We usually travel to the Fresno/Clovis area for good pho, but today we decided to stay local. The food was good, though slightly overpriced. The atmosphere was acceptable, but the bar area can get a bit loud. One of the most important factors of any restaurant experience is customer service, and unfortunately this was where things declined.

Our waitress was inattentive, and when she did come to the table, she was noticeably rude. At the end of our meal, my fiancée and I each requested two containers—one for the pho and one for the broth. The waitress returned with only one container per person. We politely asked for two additional containers, and she responded rudely, stating, “The manager said that’s what you get.” She then went to the lady at the front counter.

The lady at the front counter came to our table and, in an angry tone, told us they would only provide two containers. I politely explained the need for the additional containers and even offered to pay for them. Afterwards, the manager hesitantly provided the two extra containers.

In the end, the food was good, but the customer service needs significant improvement.

I came here for the first time and sadly that Tom yum soup I ordered it was salty and my daughter order fry sushi so I got charge $4 xtra for the sushi to be fry. The services is very very bad if you are really hungry I don’t recommend to come here to eat, because they take too long to bring your food. Poor customer service and food is not too good as it’s seems in the pictures. I left all my soup I couldn’t eat it.

This place use to be my favorite but as soon as those prices got higher, the service certainly didn’t. They rush you to order your food as soon as you arrive at your table. The server we got today was sweet, but the one I got last time took our order and literally never returned. We had ordered pho and didn’t even get spoons or the tray of sauces and toppings you would get with pho (I understand mistakes happen and the server might have gotten caught up doing something else, but the mistake could have been fixed if we had gotten checked up on at least once) and we ended up having to be the people to steal the sauces from another table. Also the blonde girl that was at the front counter at closing time today 1/4/26 was so rude to me and my friends for asking for a to go bag that I ended up getting myself and that was honestly my last straw for this place. I am sorry, I hate to talking badly about your business because I really loved coming here but this has been my experience the last 3 times I’ve came. The only consistently good worker is the guy that runs the food out on the little cart thing, give that guy a raise with the money you would usually pay the blonde girl because she really made me never want to come back here again.

Love this place even though it’s overpriced. I’m used to paying these prices in LA or the Bay area. $20 per dish/plate. I love supporting local though. However I just spent 10-15 minutes trying to get through the phone. They usually don’t answer at all because they’re busy so I was glad when they finally did.

Once I get ahold of someone I’m told I need to order online now and going forward. Not in a rude way but I was annoyed at this point. It takes me another 10-15 to order online while I’m running errands in town.

Now I’m waiting in their parking lot, wait time is an additional 30. I only recommend dining in, neverrr order takeout.
