They went to the back and got us a high chair as well as brought us our food. This was his first kids meal! Plenty of food for a kid plus awesome goodies in the bag even a little foam finger.
I was blown away by how nice and helping the workers were.
I went back and had their big box meal. The chicken was tender this time and not dry. Still not much flavor to it and relies heavily on the sauce to give it flavor.
The toast was very good this time and something I wanted to finish. The fries were not good. They were over cooked and Luke warm. Some of the worst fries I’ve had.
The coleslaw was not good. Was not the worst slaw I’ve had but I wouldn’t eat it giving the choice.
Over all this location measures up to others now, but I still don’t see the hype this place has. It is middle of the road food when it comes to flavor and it is a bit pricey for what you get.
If the chicken had more flavor and the fries were good then I’d would change my tune but right now it is not a place I would want to go.

I got the 3 piece combo. The lemonade was good, but did not have that good lemon bite to it. Was very mellow.
The fries tasted like they were made from old frozen fries and over cooked at that. Just enough so they are edible but very dry.
The toast was okay. Pretty average.
The chicken tenders were tender and juicy/greasy, but the inside of the chicken was dry. It was a decent amount of food for the price but it doesn’t measure up to a place like KFC, which with all the hype I heard about it, made me sad.
Now the part that makes me question this location. The bathrooms were out of soap and I had to ask an employee and wait around 15 minutes for them to refill the soap when the restaurant was next to empty.
It makes me question if the people dealing with the food washed their hands, but hopefully they used the sinks in the back to do so. Based on the look of the place it looks clean and kept. But the experience made me question it.
Unfortunately nothing really gluten free apart from coleslaw, and no one is coming for the coleslaw.
The box combo I believe is the most popular item, and it was a good portion. Extra cane sauces are $0.39 each.
Overall it was good not so amazing it’s worth a trip out, but if you’re hungry and it’s there, good meal.
It’s rare these days to see someone bring that much positivity and kindness to their job, but Braydan clearly takes pride in what he does. His upbeat attitude created such a welcoming atmosphere that it felt more like visiting a friend than just stopping for lunch. Even when the line got busy, he never lost that great energy—joking with customers, thanking everyone sincerely, and making sure the service stayed fast and smooth.
People like Braydan make all the difference. It’s the kind of customer service that not only leaves you satisfied with your meal but also lifts your mood for the rest of the day. Raising Cane’s is lucky to have someone like him representing their brand. I left with a smile on my face (and some awesome chicken fingers) all because of Braydan’s exceptional attitude and genuine care for the customers. Five stars all around!
Overall, the food is classic fast food. The chicken is hot and juicy, and breaded well. The fries are crinkly and unseasoned, and pretty average. The bread is really nice, buttered and salted and toasted to perfection! You also get coleslaw and sauce. The Cane’s sauce is not the best, it tastes like a mix of mayo and ketchup and some other sauces, but it goes well with the chicken.
Overall, I recommend coming here for fast food but I wouldn’t do it frequently.
