Worst costumer service you’ve ever seen in you entire life. Kept getting our order wrong after four times!! Gave us two dollars out of their own pocket just for us to go on and leave. Bacon was not crispy and very fat, gravy was bland and cokes was watered down. I definitely do not recommend

Simply horrible. Passing through as a truck driver and I regret I stopped here for breakfast. Nothing about my order was good. Hi-c watered down, the lobby drink machines don’t work and they really assume that’s ok. The food was not fresh and it was about 5am. If you dont have fresh food at 5am then you’re serving old food from a previous day. Egg feels and looks like plastic, the steak was like rubber, and the biscuit was dry. I couldn’t finish it. The only reason I didn’t double back and return this trash is because I was on a tight schedule. Hardee’s Alex City, do better! Next time, I will skip pass Hardee’s for the nearest Jack’s location.

Chicken Tenders were anything but tender. They were so dry and tough they were not edible. Mushroom Swiss burger was good. French fries were very good.

Front counter jasmine was excellent, she greeted me and made me feel welcome. The managers Keisha and the GM Willie was awesome. Great customer service, very clean inside and my order was hot and fresh.

Lady at the window was so rude, i asked for jelly and she rudely replied with “if you asked for it at the speaker you should look in the bag its probably in there” then it was 1 pack for 3 biscuits and no napkins. i eat here pretty much every morning and have never had this bad of an experience.

Their biscuits are awesome and the only reason they are still open. Burgers are ok. Service is always slow. Slow at breakfast because they are so busy and slow at lunch/dinner because of the staff. Even if you’re the only person in the drive through, it can take 10 minutes to get your food and they make you pull up and park.
