Super slow service, was a drive-thru order had me park in the front and took forever to get my order that I had to go inside to say something. After everything they mess up the order and I didn’t get tortillas. Should’ve gone to the one on camp wisdom they know what they’re doing.

I’m never eating here again. I’m on a protein and calorie diet. I specifically asked for a chicken bowl with 2 scoops of extra chicken and veggies with a side order of grilled chicken. I didn’t get the grilled chicken chicken on the side, no extra veggies, and my plate had heavy sour cream on it. When I got the window I told the lady at the window who handed me my food that my order was wrong and all she had to say was I’m sorry I didn’t take your order. Now I’ve wasted $20 and I can’t even eat what I have due to my diet. I’m very disappointed being that i always eat at regios and never had an issue with my order at other locations. This location doesn’t have any structure or attention to detail. I’m never going back again!

I come here often because their food is good. Staff is very friendly and honest. I left my purse at the restaurant and when I called to ask if someone had turned it in they said one of the staff members had found it. I am very grateful with Ana Martinez for being honest and turning in my purse.

Order the “Regio bowl” with no cheese and sour cream on the side and also avocado on the side , I got no pico de gallo clearly the ingredients on the online menu says has pico de gallo ,upset to see I got no veggies and poorly added lettuce as well. I honestly don’t really go to this location due to lack of food serving .
Pay around 14 dollars and I’m missing ingredients.

Rosy, the cashier greeted us when we walked in. Brought our meal to our table, checked a couple of times to see if everything was good. Had a Very Great Personality and went way beyond on questions, etc.
