This was our first visit. I thought finding street parking would be hard but I lucked out today. We ordered Eggs Benedict with homefries and an omelette with toast. The homefries were perfect, nice golden brown and crispy unlike so many other places; they were excellent here. I’d eat here again. There’s also way more seating than I expected judging from the outside, lots of booths and also counter seating.

I just moved here from Phoenix, and this was the first place I went too, to eat. It was amazing, the service was amazing and the food was very tasty. I love that the server just came around and filled my coffee without me having to order another one. I am definitely going to keep coming here.

Found this yummy place a few months ago. Come here often now. Perfect omelette with just the right amount of cheese and ingredients. Cooked perfectly. The server Deb been here 19 years; she’s awesome. She remembers me. Knows what I want every time because she pays attention. Fast service. Very good lunch as well. Fresh food. Fantastic cook. He gets it right every time. Prices can’t be beat. Portions are great and very tasty. Lots of bang for the buck.

We’ve gotten lunch here a few times now and every time has been great. We went on the weekends around early afternoon, and even when it gets busy the service is always amazing, the food comes super quick, and everyone is very friendly. The food tastes great and you definitely won’t leave hungry.
When you go in, you can seat yourself. Also, remember that it’s cash only!

This was a wonderful and friendly diner with a small town feel. The restaurant apparently has its regulars as many customers were welcomed by name. The parking is metered street parking which can be paid through app or card. The staff was ver friendly and attentive during our time and the food was spectacular and arrived very quickly. The establishment takes cash and credit but there is a 4% service charge for cards.

This place is back open after 2 years shut down for Covid. I got the Gyro omelette with home fries, bacon and Corned Beef hash and it was as good as it was 3 years ago. My wife got the Philly cheese steak with Fries. She liked that. Prices were cheap. Place was clean and waitress was friendly.

Wow what do you have to do to get a menu here? Once we finally ordered we were presented with yes big portions but medioca tasting food. I am questioning save food procedures. I saw the wait staff wiping her nose and hair with hands and than getting ready to put on the last touches for your plate. Meanwhile she kept going back to her own plate in the corner . No hand washing ! My husband said : if you look for and original Speedie don’t go there.
