Server Riley absolutely amazing. She should be training others. Food great and was hot upon serving. Their famous rolls did not disappoint. Loved my Smothered Chicken, salad, and loaded baked potato. Only drawback was noise level. “Background” music needed lowered. Other tables were loudly speaking to overcome the music compounding the issue.

Waited over 40 minutes for my food . I ordered ribs and they were so dry and burnt they looked fossilized. I asked for them to be remade and I had to get them to go because it had taken so long . The second ribs they made me were just as dry. These ribs looked like they had been in a cave for the last 3,000 years . Honestly, I’m impressed. It takes real talent to make something that’s supposed to be juicy taste like it survived a desert expedition. Were cavemen cooking these ribs? 25 dollars for drywall and barbecue sauce thanks y’all !

My family and I went to the Grove City location Monday evening to celebrate a birthday and anniversary. From the moment we walked in the door, staff was friendly and helpful. The hostesses were quick and efficient while keeping smiles on their faces. We had utilized the online waitlist and they ensured we were placed in a table that would accommodate our party (as we have some physical limitations).
The highlight of our night was our server, LJ. He was attentive, friendly, and treated us like we were family. I feel that he truly went above and beyond making the experience a memorable one for all of us. The manager even delivered beverages to our table… that’s excellent leadership in my opinion.
The food was delicious (as it always is), hot, and a great portion size (I always get two meals for the price of one because I get to take home leftovers). We will continue to visit Texas Roadhouse and appreciate the entire staff.

Our server was the absolute best, she paid attention to detail, kept my water glass full and smiled! My steak was cooked perfectly and my husband enjoyed his chicken and ribs! She even volunteered dinner rolls to go and gave a container of butter. I wish I could remember her name to give her credit for how outstanding she was!

My boyfriend and I dined in last night. I haven’t been to roadhouse in almost 10 years so I was eager to try again. As soon as we walked in we were greeted but everything was so loud she couldn’t even hear us tell her we made a reservation right away. As soon as we were being seated and walked through the restaurant the first thing I noticed was how dirty the restaurant was. Things were all over the floor and tables, you basically are walking through garbage and napkins. I still gave it a shot. We were greeted pretty quick, our server Emily was sweet, patient and helpful the whole time. The cactus blossom we received was undercooked, we asked for fresh bread that we did not receive, my boyfriend never got a refill for his drink and my steak was way over done and cold. I work in the industry so I don’t like to complain but the reason why we even came is because of a poor experience last time that we got a 10$ off coupon and gift card from the manager. My boyfriend already has anxiety going out and we spend 40$ on Uber to get there. We prob won’t be returning again.
