I go to Popeyes a lot and never had an issue when it came to my food other then them saying they don’t have chicken or they can only sale legs but the drive thru staff is always rude except this one skinny guy the late night is the worst. Today I went and ordered using my points I go there so much so I had enough points for a free combo .. started eating and noticed that the chicken was more mushy then normally but i didn’t think anything of it so I kept eating and I started to develop a stomach ache and I turned the flash to the chicken and all of the bones and some of the meat was pink

Went there at 6 o clock pm (prime dinner hour!!)and there was not one person inside or one person in drive through and they had no spicy chicken!. 20 minute wait if I wanted some!. Ridiculous! Incredibly slow. They said chicken sandwiches would take 7 minutes. After 15, my husband had to go inside to get the order, and we still had to circle back around because some was missing. The young lady at the register apparently couldn’t hear, and when we drove to the window, she insisted she put the wrap in the bag as if we made it up. Apparently, the wrap wasn’t ready and available, so we had to pull forward to wait again. 2 wraps were in the bag…one was poorly wrapped, like it was just thrown in the bad. No apology for getting the order wrong, nor for the long wait. After 30 mins we’re finally able to leave.

Buyer beware, they take your order using their app right? So it’ll be ready at a predetermined time right? Wrong. This location is terrible at least the evening crew. Ordered on app at 4:30 for 5:55pm pickup up. Arrive at 6:10 pm ( ya know give them a few extra minutes) to pickup meal for family on the way home from work. I was told it’ll be ready in about 30 minutes. Nope, it’s 6:15pm now and I gotta pick up the kids from practice. I need a refund please. Sorry you ordered online so they’ll have to refund your $35….well what am I going to do about dinner?!!!not our problem. Never heard back from Popeyes, it’s been 2 weeks tomorrow and they still have not refunded my $35. PS- Ended up with a 24 piece tailgate special from Raising Canes in under 5 minutes.

literally disgusting, the entire bag was covered in grease. the wing box was legit dripping grease out of it. the manager had a horrible attitude and they completely forgot my pickup order. not a good experience considering i waited in the drive thru line for 20 mins, then asked to pull around to wait on the food for another 20.
