The food is always good so I can’t complain about that at all. What I am going to complain about it is: 1) hold your teenage hormones in. The cashier girl was all over the boy packing the pizzas. Poor boy looked very uninterested. 2) you don’t have to like working. I get it. It sucks. But at least fake being happy to the customers. 3) greet the customers. It felt so uncomfortable in there waiting for food knowing certain workers didn’t want to deal with customers.

I enjoy all the food items, pizza of course but they offer great sandwiches. The only problem I have is trying to call in an order. They prefer you use the internet but I’m sorry I want to talk to a person. Otherwise I would recommend you come and enjoy a good meal. It’s take out only.

The pizza was delivered by DoorDash. I’d requested that they “hand it to me” (one of the options on the order screen). They did not. They dropped it on the ground outside the door and took off. I wish I could take back my tip. I certainly won’t tip again!

Ordered via the App and was given a code for the pizza portal. The order was never loaded in and I ended up sitting and waiting for my order. I approached the cashier and they had to look for my order. It was ready but I never knew because it wasn’t loaded.

I choose to not be anonymous. I have endured five brain surgeries in four years, two major vascular surgeries and have developed Epilepsy as a result of my brain trauma. I have a Government Certified Service Dog that is trained to alert when I’m going to have a seizure, as I myself, like many people who suffer with Epilepsy don’t even know that they are about to seize. I attempted to walk into Little Caesars and just order pizza, before I even crossed in, I was very disrespectful talked to and rudely told no pets, I showed his Registered Service ID, I was told because he wasn’t in his vest, and being held, I couldn’t simply walk in and order. I am a God fearing woman and you get what you give… I hope you enjoy the repercussions of denying a service animal…. I will be contacting the local American Disability office, Health Department, like the manager smerkily suggested I do as he rudely told me to get out, the Disability office and my attorney!!!! Such disrespectful service to paying customers, I’ll never give another penny to this pizza chain!!! And I shared my thoughts on my social media platforms, it’s been re-shared 32 times thus far, and retweeted 56!!!!!

Tried to call, but I keep getting hung up on. I ordered through DoorDash. The Dasher was great, but the pizza was supposed to be a supreme with pineapple added what I got was a deep dish cheese pizza with pineapple on top sparingly I would say 30 pieces of diced pineapple at the most, if I wanted a pineapple and cheese pizza I would’ve ordered a one topping pizza I wouldn’t have paid almost $25 for this order. Absolutely ridiculous.

Order a pizza with mushrooms. Service was great, but mushrooms had a bitter aftertaste. Called to let them know the mushrooms may be bad, but the person who answered immediately became defensive. The person said no one else complained today about the mushrooms and to have a good day. To their credit, the person did offer to make another pizza for me. I declined as I did not want a pizza . I only wanted to inform them that some of the mushrooms had a flavor that was off-putting. Hopefully, they will check their inventory to ensure that the ingredients are still good and not dismiss the warning.
