If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered a Sicilian earlier and they gave me thin crust. I put a pic of what they gave me and a pic of what I should have gotten. The previous 2 times I ordered a pan pizza and they gave me hand tossed and still charged me $1 extra and when I told the person working there she said it was a pan pizza. Either they don’t know their menu and what their pizzas look like or they are intentionally messing up my pizza. Either way today is the last time I’m going to this location. Whoever was “working” today isn’t doing any work either. She was sitting in the chair looking like she’s too good to be doing actual work. GARBAGE! DO NOT COME HERE!

ORDERED a LG Pepperoni w/ 16 boneless wings online with coupon 21 buck thougt good price. Stuffed cheese crust. Wasn’t ready onetime waited nearly 25 min over said time and the pizza was so THIN and hard barley edible. Called next day asked about the crust why so thin so hard so dry. Didn’t care offered no solution. Just said sorry have nice day

I dont know the name of this guy but he was the rudest person I met from a Pizza Hut.First off he couldn’t even say “Hi, how may I help you?” He just looked at me. I asked if I could have some sauce and he then looked at me again like I asked for free food. He said I should have done it online when I ordered the food. I said there wasn’t an option or I would have. Then he went on saying yeah look at the site it says it there. I mean what difference does it make?! Why was it so hard to just say “sure”? I just can’t believe you guys hire people like that. What if I did that to him? Anyway, I don’t know his name because he wouldn’t tell me, which was more rude. He has a long black beard and wore a hat backwards. He was I believe African American but not 100% because his skin was light. I really hope someone speaks to this guy and teaches him customer service skills.

On Monday, we ordered the new “crafted flats” pizza. We really enjoyed the taste and quality. Placed an order for the same item tonight, and what arrived was half the size of the previous order. Additionally, I paid for extra toppings that did not arrive. When contacting the store, I was told this item is, ‘weird’ and can vary in size. That does nothing for the fact that it was dry, overcooked, and tasteless. I was given a credit for the base price on one item, not the additional amount paid for the added topping. Very dissatisfied.

Very disappointing experience, would not recommend this location…. I placed an online order for pickup that was scheduled to be ready at 9:39 PM on September 10th. When I arrived at 10 PM, the employee told me the order had been canceled because I was “too late” even though the app showed no cancellation. She then said she was working alone, canceled the remaining orders, locked up the store, got into a car waiting for her outside, and left… despite several other customers arriving afterward to collect their orders. This level of service is unacceptable!!!!

The food was overcooked, the manager was rude as ever. Hair hanging down all over the place with no hair net at all. Not to mention putting toppings and preparing food without gloves. I don’t care that it goes in the oven, it makes food preparation look unappealing. If I could give a no star rating,I would have, horrible.
