Our server, Olivia, was friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. She should be the employee of the year!

The drinks were homemade, and the pineapple and cranberry juice were so good—they tasted real fruit, and there was no refill!

The soup of the day was porridge, which was packed with chicken soup. I suggest using smaller grains or grinding them after cooking.

They also have a monthly special menu. I had the Mediterranean sirloin and hash browns. The meal came with a side dish, and the pasta and hash browns were huge.

For the price & amount of food, this restaurant is cooked, $57 is a deal-breaker. I’m from Atlanta, and I couldn’t believe it.
Looks at the Butterfinger bash dessert, it was unbelievable huge and it could feed up to 4 people!!

The restaurant was clean, spacious. Restroom is very clean, I think they have the employees come and check it regularly

Demos’ has a reputation that runs deep in Tennessee family-owned since 1989 and known for blending steakhouse flavor with Italian comfort classics.

I started with their Jalapeño Cheeseburger Soup, and it was exactly what the name promises a creamy, hearty base reminiscent of a potato soup, only with ground beef and jalapeños adding a bold kick. Surprisingly rich and just the right amount of spice.

For my main course, I went with the Hamburger Steak alongside a small portion of their Meatball Spaghetti a perfect combo that hits both sides of the menu. Nannette chose the Stuffed Chicken Baked Potato, which looked every bit as indulgent as it sounds.

It’s easy to see why Demos’ is a local favorite the kind of place where you can taste the family tradition in every bite. Sometimes the best meals are found not on the itinerary, but on the roadside detours.

We stopped there after visiting Opryland. I ordered chicken fettuccini and although I didn’t love it, I wasn’t going to complain. The waitress was a young girl and was very perceptive. She asked if I wanted anything else and I declined. The manager came by and said they wanted total customer satisfaction so he asked what I didn’t like about it and said even if I wasn’t complaining, he needed to make sure it was ok so other customers wouldn’t be served sub par fettuccini. He tried to replace the dinner, offered a peach cobbler, that was wonderful, and insisted on taking it off our ticket. The salad was amazing (had to be the design because there weren’t a lot of extras on the salad), the appetizer with sampler sauces was really good, kids spaghetti was good as was the steak dinner. The wait to get in was minimal. Atmosphere was really nice. They were in top of the restrooms. I went there times due to having a 4 year old, and there was an employee wiping the counters, checking toilet paper and paper towels. Overall, this was a great experience due to their dedication to customer service. The prices were very reasonable also.

I was just driving through from Fort Worth TX on my way to Winston-Salem NC and this place was recommended by Chat GPT. They got me seated right away. I got a lovely bottle of wine for 1/2 off, had the wonderful chicken and rice soup because the menu said that it could be shipped. Yep, it was that good. I then ate a delicious lasagna. The sauce was flavorful and it had just the right amount of cheese. It was nice to find a casual place to eat a really nice meal after a long drive. Thank you Demos!

Huge place! Busy. My meal was very satisfying: meatloaf and mashed potatoes. Nice staff. Enjoyable experience. (Our nice young server was also from CA and went to same CA church as we did. Wow! What are the chances?)

Overall great experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my blackened chicken pasta. The spinach appetizer IS NOT a spinach dip, but tastes quite similar, fyi.
Very cute place, friendly staff, competitive pricing.

Google suggested Demo’s as a ‘restaurant near me’ while traveling from Sparta, TN back to North MS. It was conviently located 1 block or so from the exit. We had a late lunch at 12:30 and the parking lot was mostly full but there was no wait.
We were seated immediately and promptly greeted by our server, Sophie. She did everything right and with love. After learning, that it was our 1st time, Sophie went above and beyond ensure the promise that we will see her again on our return trip Sunday.
About the food: everything was delicious. That bread is addictive. The chicken and rice soup was great but could stand a little kick. The portions are huge.
It wasn’t just Sophie. Looking around, everyone was on their game and the were happy doing it. Kudos the the management.
See you Sunday Sophie!

Service is spot on with a warm atmosphere to boot. We were greeted and sat once the entire party was present. Our server was very friendly and very welcoming. They had several dishes that weren’t available. My wine glass was hazy and appeared I rinsed. Every pasta dish had lots of grease/butter floating on top, bread was dry. Not my favorite stop.

Great food, exceptional service…had Salmon, Salad (Ceasar dressing), excellent Spinach, and complimentary rolls to die for. I highly recommend this venue – reasonable prices…actually better than reasonable, considering the portions and great flavor of dishes.

This was a highly rated and recommended restaurant. After spending $90 for two dinners I would say it’s some of the worst food we’ve had. The steak (kc strip and ribeye) had absolutely no seasoning other than the natural beef flavor, and no sear. The spinach tasted alright but was one big glob. And the cheesy toast appetizer was a giant pile of cheese on extremely greasy bread, served with a room temp marinara sauce with shredded parm on top. We were extremely disappointed as it has some of the best ratings and reviews for steak in town. The service was wonderful and that’s the only good thing I have to say about our experience.
