This was probably by far the WORST Cracker Barrel I’ve ever been to. I thought the one in Summerville was the worst. Cracker Barrel showed me I was wrong- AGAIN! The food and service were running neck and neck to see who got the title for being the worst. I ordered 2 breakfast meals online. It said the order would be ready at 9:25. I got there at 9:40 & it still was not ready. They brought it out 10 mins later. Well, they brought out half my order. I went back in to get the other part & the young lady from the back had an attitude. They gave me 4 biscuits & brought me out half a cup of gravy (biscuits and gravy meal). The other breakfast was the steak hashbrown bowl $15. The steak was dry & rubbery, chopped in huge pieces & didn’t look like it did on the menu. I only got plasticware for 1 (we were in a hotel visiting). The wild Berry tea tasted like reg sweet tea with light sugar. I grew up in South Carolina, home of sweet tea. This was NOT sweet tea. There was an upcharge for the wild berries tea. But, the tea only had the color, not the flavor. Also, almost $4 for a half cup of fried apples. I think the nicest part of that visit was the woman behind the counter who gave me some ketchup & jelly. I think she saw everything & felt bad. So, she ACTUALLY came over, had a conversation with me & was asking if there was anything else she could help me with.

We love Cracker Barrel but this location is very special. The staff is like extended family. They make the customers feel welcome and comfortable. The restaurant staff is always great. We’ve been here dozens of times and always around the holidays to see the great decor and festive unique items in the shop.
We eat here at least twice a month for lunch and it’s always good. Today we had Roberto as a server and he did an excellent job.
My pictures are over the course of time and visits. The last ones are the latest.
I highly recommend a visit! Especially for travelers. Welcome to Vero Beaches finest in hospitality.

The first photo is the Barrell Burger, Second, Chocolate chip pancakes, third, kids grilled cheese and fries which was for me! I’m a vegetarian and didn’t want a salad. I found the grilled cheese to be very good and actually a great portion size.

All I can say folks from WV guess what???!!!! Run don’t walk, They’re carrying Mr bees potato chips!!!!! I love cracker barrel more now than ever!!!!!! Felt like I was home!!!!!!!! Please please keep carrying these chips!!!!! Yes, I Bought all that were out on the shelves today!!!! Will continue to stock up on my hometown favorite potato chips!!!!

We had a lovely Easter brunch in Vero Beach Florida. The food was fresh made well and tasted amazing. We even had extras to go. The service was excellent they helped us set up our frequent points account. We loved the store everything displayed was fun and colorful. They had fun spring and Easter decorations. The prices were good for the value and we loved sitting in the rocking chairs out front. Definitely a must stop if your in Vero Beach Florida for traditional homestyle cooking and food. We ate the fried chicken and BBQ Ribs yum.

I have to say the service was fantastic. Bianca and her son were so high spirited and a true delight with service.
The restaurant missed the mark with the cleanliness of their bathrooms, however. I was honestly repulsed and overwhelmed by the smell of urine in their establishment and nothing is worse than going potty to see no toilet paper on the roll.
I’m not sure if I’ll be back honestly just due to the lack of cleanliness. If this is the bathroom, what does the kitchen look like where patrons can’t see?

Host looked depressed, Wait was long to get drinks, food and service. Tables sat un bused by waiters. No information from management and why everything was so bad. Cracker Barrel has gone downhill so much. Came for breakfast but it took until lunch to get our food. Small portions, and food was not good. So sad how bad it has become

It’s the same atmosphere same decor and all, however, I’ve noticed the quality of the food has declined. We stopped in Vero Beach to grab a quick breakfast on the way to the airport. Staff was super friendly and atmosphere was good. Not busy at all. We placed our order for breakfast (4) of us. 2 ordered of scrambled eggs and order of 2 eggs over medium all three got bacon and hash brown casserole on 2 and grits on the other. Gravy and one order of sausage with a biscuit. It took way longer that it should have for this type of order and once it got to our table, all three orders of bacon were undercooked, the eggs over medium had one of the times busted and were both still raw. We sent the bacon back, I should have sent the eggs back, and it looked like they put the bacon in the fryer! So now it’s overcooked and at this point t we are out of time so we eat what we can and head out. The gray was cold and the biscuits were too hard/over cooked! The HB casserole was not good / Luke warm and the grits while warm had begun to stiffen up like they dipped them up and the just sat in the bowl waiting on the rest of the order to be done. Cracker Barrel you are now not my first option for breakfast or anytime after today. Close to $50 for our check and we were super disappointed. We did leave the waitress a good tip as it was not her fault. Had we not been in a hurry I would have sent more of it back to the kitchen and should have asked for the manager. I understand that everyone has a bad day this one was times 4.

Big fat ZERO on atmosphere. Stopped tonight, 2/9, after a long car ride. Food came out quick which was great, and was tasty; thank you. But two women worked around us swiping all table food crumbs to the floor, throwing the table chairs away from the tables, and then proceeded to LOUDLY sweep them into their dirty broom buckets…the ENTIRE TIME WE WERE EATING! It was awful. We took the rest of our food to go! It was only 7:30… they don’t close until 9pm! Why do that in the dining room with paying customers trying to relax and eat their meals?! So unprofessional. It’s expensive nowadays to eat out, and restaurants WANT us to eat out, but to have that type of an experience AND still have to pay good money for it?! Yup…won’t be back. There are so many other restaurants to choose from…

I believe our server was nikita. She was wonderful, food was great, had extra food for days. Male manager there was also great with us. Of course we went through the shop first and all the women there were kind and helpful.
