If I could give zero stars I would. My husband saw a video praising this place so we decided to try it today. I have NEVER had BBQ this bad in my life. He ordered 2 rib plates with beans, potato salad , greens and a sausage. The sausage was cut up in kid size bite size pieces, there were maybe 3 ribs total for 2 plates and a bunch of rib tips. We did not order rib tips. ALL the meat was burnt and so tough we couldn’t even bite them and they were floating in so much grease, not sauce which was so salty. The greens had absolutely NO seasoning, taste like they were just thrown in a pot to boil with nothing else. I had to spit them out immediately. The potato salad was so runny, it looked like slop. $44 in the trash… THEY WILL NEVER SEE MY MONEY AGAIN

Haven’t stopped by in a long time. Decided to yesterday in between running errands. The gas station would barely accept my quarters for gas after I forgot my wallet at home. Did Annie look at me weird? Nope. Got a decent lunch with my spare quarters and zero judgement.

Extremely disappointed I went with my mom and I’ve been there several times she’s always tip them and always speak highly of them this time. I know they were overly overly busy but that’s not acceptable. The service that my mom and me received today not only bad but we waited an hour Came back for our food . It was messed up. They offered our money back. I told them that I would take one of the plates that was $17 and just give us the $17 back from my mom‘s food. He did not follow that direction and came back and gave us only $34. My mom tipped so it was like she was still out and they said after they messed up on the meal, it would be an additional two hours 2hrs to correct it..it’s so hard to support our people but this is not the first time I’ve just over looked it because of my mom but i think she finally seen the light..i literally seen everyone using the same gloves touching everything..this ain’t hate mail it’s get it together you know you where gonna be busy be there early getting it together do better!!and your a second from getting a violation from the health department because I sat there and seen Multiple health code violation get it together

What type of restaurant opens at 10:00 a.m. and doesn’t have the greens ready for the day in the restaurant by 1:00 p.m. that doesn’t make any sense you guys have to do better especially to serve your customers during lunch time,a rush or if someone travels to the restaurant. The staff already treats people rudely and nonchalant. It’s my last time spending $$ with Annie’s Kitchen.

Mac and cheese was nasty!!! I mean disgusting!! I threw the whole thing away. Which is not normal because I get it all the time. I don’t know what happened this day. Yams were like always really good glad them were good. It was my birthday so I got the Carmel Cake and it was good and big. Definitely worth the price. Finally I was able to get ribs!!!! I came in here for the first time in 2013, by way of a Vegas native. The service was amazing, and so was the food!!!! I love this place! I can’t BBQ at my apt and I love to be able to get authentic BBQ from Annie’s Kitchen.
