This is one of a few Dunkin’s that consistently makes my coffee orders correctly. The staff are always incredibly friendly, especially at the drive thru window. I look forward to stopping by in the mornings and so does my dog, who is always spoiled with milk bones by the staff. It can get busy, particularly on weekends, but the staff does their best to keep up with all orders.

No order in, drive thru line is always out into the road, and if there is something you need that you’re unable to order or explain with the mobile app (and need to ask the employees inside the store) they give you dirty looks for speaking to them. Every time I ask for extra cream cheese they give me this. Really wish there was somewhere else around here.

Ordered to go on the app for pickup through drive thru. Took 45 minutes to just get through the drive through. This place needs 5 staff members, not 3. Dunkins upper management does not understand that this is a tourist location in the fall. Open anther store, or more staff.
