I purchased a pastry from your store that was clearly spoiled. I noticed mold on it so obvious that it was not fresh and should never have been sold to a customer. I returned to the store to address the issue, and what disappointed me even more than the product itself was the complete lack of acknowledgment or apology from your staff.
I have been a loyal Starbucks customer for years and have always trusted the quality and standards of your brand. This experience not only fell far below expectations, but the dismissive response made it worse. Food safety and customer service should be taken seriously.
This situation was extremely disappointing and has significantly changed how I feel about visiting your stores in the future. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so this does not happen to someone else.

I’ve fallen on hard times, SSDI was denied, became homeless. Lost spot at journeys because I don’t fit in there, people owe me money. Friendly staff, great drinks. Davaco needs to remodel the inside otherwise great place. You saved my life……

Today I placed two separate orders (different times) and I get a cute note with my drink, I’ve had a crazy week and this little detail really made my day! I ordered a drink online for a friend. It’s supposed to be grande pink drink, no ice and no berries. Instead I got a drink full of coconut milk and was venti sized. Almost seems like they put it in a bigger cup to make up for the mistake of it being the wrong size . Do not order online!! Clearly they can’t follow instructions labeled correctly like they are on the cup.

I ordered two cold brews with vanilla sweet cream. When I picked them up the color was incredibly light and they tasted like cream and water. I order this drink all the time from other locations and have never sent a drink back. This time they looked and tasted totally different than any other time I’ve ordered it so I asked for them to be remade. When I received the second ones, they looked and tasted exactly the same. I wasn’t going to ask for them to be made a third time so I just took them. I took a few sips and threw mine away. My husband kept his but hardly drank any of it. To be honest, it looked like they didn’t even remake them and just gave me the first ones again, trying to pass them off as new drinks. Nearly $12.00 down the drain. Won’t be going back to this location again.

Don’t go here late. They will mess with your coffee on purpose. Got my wife our usual drink. Tasted like straight cinnamon. Let it settle. Turns out it is. Looks like 2 table spoons sitting at bottom. YUM. Expect to see me for a refund.

Every other Starbucks I’ve ever been to gives free refills of iced coffee or tea/hot coffee on any drink. Went to go get my refill and they said the initial order has to be one of those to qualify??? Since when did that change??

Rough… STOP advertising free refills if your staff doesn’t know the policy! Train your staff! It’s a bad look… Also, the bathrooms were disgusting & no soap. Everything was dirty. This place needs to get it together. Didn’t expect a Starbucks to have such low standards considering the area… never coming back.
