Absolutely, disgraceful establishment! Walking out of the restroom. I felt gross due the how dirty the bathroom was. The trash can was over flowing, the floor was greasy feeling, almost slick like. I was too afraid to even take a pee fearful I would get dysentery from the possibility of the toilet water splashing on me. I washed my hands but no paper towels to dry them. I happened to walk past the coffee prep area which is directly across from the drive thru window and noticed a dark stain on the floor. I was curious….so I walked to the front counter and to my surprise around the perimeter of the drain in the kitchen area was a dark colored stain about 4 to 5ft in diameter. It appeared to be a raw sewage backup. The building also was extremely hot inside may have be at least 85 plus degrees. This establishment doesn’t deserve a star. I had no choice as zero stars isn’t an option! This particular location should be investigated by OSHA. I’m pretty sure the owner wouldn’t pass with many violations apparently noticed by local Perrysburg bystander. I wouldn’t recommend even entering the building. If anyone has contacts with OSHA or The Health Department. Please investigate Immediately. Again, stay away from this establishment.

Literally stopped going to Dunkin and switched to Biggby. Stopped going to my original location for Biggby just so I can go to the one in Perrysburg! The staff is so insanely helpful and kind that I go out of my way to order from here!

Biggby is my go-to coffee spot! The drinks are always on point—super tasty and never too sweet unless you want them that way. The staff is super friendly. I love their iced cinnamon vanilla latte—it’s seriously the best. I love trying their seasonal stuff too, but that one’s my ride or die. It’s just a chill place to hang out or grab a quick caffeine fix. Definitely recommend if you’re into good coffee and good people!

I came in today and I ordered a peppermint mocha, an amazingly sweet worker ( I believe her name was Kiara ) recommended it to me and she and her coworker Cassidy were so sweet and they got me my drink so quickly and they had good conversation with me and it’s not everyday you find workers who genuinely enjoy their job, but they definitely loved theirs. I will be back here again for sure!
