This only applies to the evening crews and corporate. The breakfast crews somehow operate completely differently. They should really look into why & have the breakfast people try to fix the whole place. But as for my experience as a whole, this is literally the worst Hardee’s in existence. & since most of them are awful now, that’s saying something. This location is the closest to our home, but it is still 45 minutes away. We used to go out of our way for it, but now we avoid it, for many reasons. The service is horrible. The food is even worse. And don’t expect any resolution from corporate because their phone number doesn’t work & they don’t respond to emails. This location couldn’t find my order of over $40 in the system. They got me to wait over 30 minutes & it never showed up, but couldn’t be cancelled since we waited. What was the solution? They told me to call corporate. When I told them that it doesn’t work, give me a good number, they said they don’t have one. & refused to refund my money. This was a few years ago now & I’m still out that money with no response. They already messed up almost every order we ever tried to get and God forbid you try to order hot dogs after 6 pm. 99% of the time, they’ll tell you they’re out until they find out it’s a mobile order, which they’ll be busted on if they don’t fulfill. So then they’ll try to convince you it takes too long to thaw them. I do not know why they are so opposed to cooking the hot dogs. But the other night I felt like eating for the first time in weeks after being really sick. I was craving hot dogs so we decided maybe they have gotten better and tried them again. Horrible idea. I ordered through the app and there was no one in line when we arrived. They had us pull up and park even though no other cars were in line or in the parking lot. They literally had no other customers at the time. After 45 minutes of waiting, and during which they only served 2 other vehicles, they finally brought our food out. The hot dogs were burnt beyond belief. They crumbled into dust when bitten. Hard as rocks. When I said I just needed a refund, the one sweet employee there said Can I get them to remake them for you and I reluctantly agreed. 25 minutes later they brought out my food. My fries had to be eaten first while they fixed my hot dogs which is not how I like to eat them. But it was a total of 80 minutes, from the time I ordered my hot dogs for immediate pickup, before I received edible food. At a fast food restaurant. That only served 2 other customers in that time period. Oh, and all of this is only on the times they didn’t choose to up and close early just because they wanted to. You never know when they’re going to be open.

Batesburg Hardees really stepped it up whenever COVID hit us. They had lines around the building and the parking lot stayed full but the kept things moving quickly and efficiently.
I go every month or two and my experiences their have all been great. Food was great t, I had plenty of condimentsmand the service was friendly.

The most disgusting burger & fries that I’ve ever had. I ordered a double cheeseburger with veggies, all I got was a single patty with cheese. Almost $15 for that & the fries were chewy & stale, plus my shake was only half full. I didn’t even notice it when I got it. Never again.

Ordered food at 7:39 in the drive thru. I didn’t receive my food until 8:10 and the prefer was still wrong. I ordered a burger and chicken wrap. So I park the car. Head inside and the food isn’t even started. When I ask for a refund because I don’t have time to wait any longer they got an attitude.

My visit yesterday was much better than my last. Food was ok and the store was very clean. Customer service from cashier was better than the last visit. Keep it up!
Update today 3/24/24 I walked in to watch manager park in a handicap space when she clearly was not disabled. I watch employee give a family member free food (bag of food and he demanded jelly) and two large cups for drinks. Had not been here in a couple of months but going down again.

The workers was rude and very short with me. Not very curtious at all. One work had brought food out to the vehicle in front of us and stood there and talked and talked to him. We get our food and it’s cold. They didn’t even act like they care. I would definitely not recommend going to this location at all. 0 out of 5 for me

Fries were a little overdone. Whoever made the tea was wonderful overall everything was pleasant. The manager that took my order was awesome thank you. Have a blessed day.

Been waiting so long for the spicy chicken and smoked sausage to make its grand return and lord behold it here im a happy camper. Customer service was excellent cashier was attentive and engaging when placing my order.
