I have seen restrooms in 5points bars cleaner than this. Look at that baby changing table! Don’t get me started On the nasty mold ring in the toilet. And what ever liquid is all over the walls and floor I don’t want to know. Some how this establishment has an A rating….i think DHEC may have skipped over the bathroom or needs to do a surprise visit.

The store manager and the employees really looked out for me and the food was delicious. Employees are very professional and courteous every time i’m there. Always excellent service and food. Employees are always smiling , making me feel at home. Always nice things to say and they’re always clean and dressed nicely along with the restaurant , is clean too. I highly recommend for you to try this tropical smoothie.You will love it.

I went to the tropical smoothie in Harbison Columbia SC and I ordered a super green Caesar salad and an island green smoothie. The order came back as a wrap. The cashier asked do I want to change it I said no I will keep it I got home 4 mins later and while I ate a second bite I saw a bug in my wrap.I immediately went To the store with my receipt and asked to speak to a manager a younger man come up and I showed him the wrap with the bug still in the lettuce he did not seem apologetic or concerned or didn’t care. He didnt seem shocked at all. He asked me did I want another one I told him absolutely not. This is really disgusting and I would love a call from someone I have pictures and I keep my receipts. There were three other people before me I hope they did not experience the samething I will never eat here again.

Ovens must not work properly here. Ordered food on the app and picked it up immediately. Went to my car to eat real quick before going back to work and sandwich was cold. Not warm. Cold. Went back in and told them the issue. I asked for a new sandwich or a refund. They made another sandwich very quick which was great but this time half the sandwich was warm and half was cold. Wasted $8 on a sandwich the employees couldn’t get right twice. Very disappointed

Staff was quick and welcoming. Restaurant was clean and maintained. I had the Açaí Bowl with Nutella and it was delicious. Wish the granola pieces were a little smaller but overall quality was great.

The person at the counter was very nasty and had a bad attitude! If you have customer ordering then you must present a proper attitude. The food was fine but not their kale salad taste a bit too sweet for my taste
