I got a basic #3 combo meal with no sauce in the drive through. That takes about 15 minutes. It’s wrong. I go inside and ask for it to be remade. They do it wrong in exactly the same way AGAIN. I ask to remake it again and it takes 20 minutes this time. I also had a milkshake and by the time I got back it was completely melted. Nobody even said sorry, and they didn’t give me a discount or anything. I will not be back for a while.

Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru, finally received my order and they made a standard burger order wrong, went inside and asked them to remake it, they remade the burger wrong again, asked to remake it a 3rd time. Complete incompetence. Prices very high and terrible service.

Got ripped off. Ordered Jumbo Jack Combo n was surprised how expensive it was. ($12.97). Asked if cheaper on app? Said didn’t matter. While eating it in restaurant I went on app n found Bonus Jack Combo for $5.99!! Why didn’t counter suggest that? When leaving I showed her the Bonus Jack Combo on my phone n she said my burger was bigger. Ya, almost $7.00 bigger!!!??? Also was hot in restaurant. I assumed AC broken.

Surprisingly great service and food. Ive been there a few times over the last few weeks for convenience (short on time and too early for lunch for other restaurants) and always had a positive experience. Friendly staff, easy ordering and quick service. Food orders were always correct and fresh. Especially like the incredibly fresh side salads and milk shakes!

I would have given it zero stars! I was over charged. When we asked to double check the order we the girl at the window look at us and said, “what?”. She then got our order wrong. Fixed it, except for the other drink we were charged for…gave us the credit card. When we asked for a receipt, she looked at us like we had 10 heads and said, “what?” When I check for my large curly fries, we got a box that was maybe a little more than half full with tiny little burnt pieces! *pic: we ate maybe 4 pieces…

Our experience so far has been great. We tend to go in the evening after 4 PM. The food order is always hot and correct. Customer service is outstanding. Staff are always friendly and informative if we have to wait for our food. Honestly, it always makes my day when I order from here, especially when I’m hangry. The food always hits the spot, and I leave with a smile on my face.
