I had the pleasure of experiencing this marvel on my birthday. Immediately upon entering the atmosphere captivates you with it’s elegance and candle lit tables. My favorite part aside from the food and service is the bar seating that the has tvs and local folks that also love the place. TV and elegant doesn’t sound right but you have to experience it to know what I mean. I always drive by it on real estate and personal travels so I’m glad I finally got the chance to experience it and can’t wait to go back for the rack of lamb that was cooked to perfection. The beet salad with goat cheese was delicious as well as the dessert and espresso gelato they complimented us were immaculate. Thank you for making my night one to remember. I forgot our waiters name but he was top tier thank you.

January 17, 2026, our party of 14 arrived (with a reservation) for my wife’s birthday celebration. We were greeted at the door like royalty and enjoyed drinks at the bar before being seated at our table in the back dining area.
Cynthia was assigned to the group and she was superb, answering all our questions and making sure our visit was special.
We remained for 4 hours and Cynthia remained with us and catered to our every need.
Between the 14 of us, we ordered a large variety of dishes ( as well as drinks) and at the end of our night, every member of our party agreed that the Phoenician’s food is the best food many of us have had in a very long time.
Thank you to the restaurant for making the celebration one of my wife’s best birthdays ever!
Whether it is a large party or a party of 2 for a special occasion, or if you just want deliciousness, THIS IS THE PLACE.

We were vacationing in the Catskills and this was our last stop on our last night, and it was worth the wait! We made a reservation online well in advanced so getting a table was easy. The service was wonderful, every member of staff was so polite and attentive, from the hostess to the servers and even to the bussers. I worked in food service for a long time before switching careers and it was delightful to see such good customer service.
The food was delicious, I had gotten the NY strip and my partner got the seafood mac and cheese, plus a bowl of clam chowder but they ate through it before I could take a photo, ha ha. Then we had tea and dessert, which was very lovely. We didn’t feel rushed and felt comfortable. We’ll be back for sure when we vacation here again.

I was very surprised to see this place wasn’t packed on a Saturday night. Definitely deserves that much. Elegant atmosphere, food was great!!! Plenty of space for big groups. Waiter kept things professional and took his time with our group. We came in for a birthday but didn’t want desert. He surprised us and brought out some dessert anyway with a candle. Definitely would come back up this way to enjoy here.

Cynthia our waitress was outstanding! She was incredibly attentive throughout our whole table and the whole time we were there. You do not find a waitress like her nowadays.
Now for the food. OUTSTANDING! Our table had lobster, short rib ravioli, pappardelle bolognese, rack of lamb and a 3lb stuffed lobster. Cannot say enough how amazing our dishes were. We will be back for sure!!!

Went there for my birthday, we were a party of 5. Hostess was gracious and welcoming. Ambiance and decor are amazing. Our waitress was thoroughly professional. Food was Amazing, presentation was great, had a superb time from start to finish. Great value for dollar; looking forward to going back!

I really wanted to be excited about the food but was deeply disappointed. My husband and I went for our anniversary weekend. I’ll rank the food below:
Drinks: 8/10. We got apple mules and they were great.
Calamari: 4/10. The Calamari was very underseasoned and tasted powdery. Like it was frozen and then fried. It also wasn’t crispy. For $22, it wasn’t worth it.
Ny strip: 3/10. We ordered medium steaks and they came out on skillets kind of like fajitas. Because of that, the steak continued to cook throughout the meal. By the time I got to the center, it was almost well done. The vegetables that came with it were underseasoned and undercooked. $56 each and not worth it.
Apple crumb: 8/10. Big portion. Tasty. Just a little softer than we’d like.

Food was delicious and portions were fair. My husband ordered the filet medium rare and it was very rare but he is not one to complain. The outside was seared perfectly and the overall taste was great. Crab cakes were delicious as well.

We had a very attentive and kind waitress. We enjoyed local beer and summer spritz cocktail made with Aperol. The charcuterie was larger than expected. So we enjoyed a few bites and the waitress was kind enough to box it up and place in their refrigerator for us to take home to enjoy. The warm goat cheese salad was one of my favorite salads. It had warm balsamic vinegar, walnuts, dates and /or figs, kale and goat cheese. Our entrees were the cowboy steak and diver scallops. The potatoes with the aged steak were delicious. The portion of scallops was large with 6 scallops. They were flavored with an orange sauce over spinach. The carrots and zucchini were a nice vegetable side to the risotto and scallops.
