Spent $20 just to have the server in the drive thru window tell me that she was sick right before handling my drink and food. Don’t even really want to eat it now especially after hearing all the employees complain and shout obscenities after hearing that we were trying to order food that they would have to fry because their fryer was down.

Terribly disappointing. Had a mobile order , tried picking up inside . Stood at the counter for over 10 minutes and was helped by no one. Went through drive through, after about 15 minutes was given half of my food. Had a mobile order to attempt k save time. And spent probably 30 minutes there. Just to go home with cold food.

Lobby is closed most of the time and no service at counter. Forcing you to use a kiosk, is difficult when custom ordering is necessary. (Happens a lot with Taco bell ordering). Food is typical for a taco bell. Pop nozzles are not always clean in the lobby (when the lobby is open), so get it from the drive thru.

Went out with a few friends, I ordered the Cinnabons and a cheese wrap if that’s even what you want to call it. They might as well just gave me an empty tortilla shell. As for the so called Cinnabons with the cream, tasted nothing like they are supposed too, like someone left them out and just threw then in the microwave or something just actually gross. The manager and or supervisor Alex I think, wasn’t very helpful and just asked if I wanted to order some other food they were beyond awful, I’ve honestly never been to such a bad establishment. They used to have good staff, besides Alex, though I can’t say I’ll be going back to find out if they still do..

So we came to Taco Bell tonight and I ordered a cheesy bean n rice burrito add guacamole and they forgot to add guacamole so I opened it up to check and the guacamole was not on there so I let them know and they said oh we will just give you a cup of gauamole lol like I get that you wanted to make sure it was okay but it’s not cuz you guys couldn’t even make me a new one with what I ordered on it to begin with. Then I ordered another one at the drive thru and they made it a big deal that I ordered another one. They were so upset that they had to make me another cheesy bean n rice burrito that not only did they make me that but they also charged me for a cheese roll up and a beef grilled cheese burrito as well and we did not order those items.

Food was some of the best I have had from taco bell. Now to the negative im glad I live in a different town and state. I was here on business and stopped in for lunch. Staff won’t take your order at the counter. They want you to order from the kiosk. I watched a lady walk uo to the counter and try to order her food explaining she was using cash just to be told to go to the kiosk order then come back up and pay for her order. Location isnt short staffed and that’s just plain bad customer service. Had I not already ordered and paid for my food I would have walked out just like the lady did and taken my business elsewhere

I eat here alot but ive discovered a trend where if you try and door dash something anytime past 10:30 they just wont make it and keep pushing the time back until they close.
