I love that this is one of the three Taco Bells that do the tester menu! I was so excited to get the throwback menu items! I modify all my options to be vegetarian. I love the black beans and potatoes!

Order a couple days ago and as a vegetarian I was served meat! Went through the drive thru and my mistake for not double checking but there were cars behind me. Got home all my items had meat when I specifically asked for substitutions! Will reach out to corporate.

They’ve moved to full kiosk. So instead of ordering with a person you are forced to touch an absolutely filthy kiosk screen that looks as if it hasn’t been cleaned since it was installed. No hand sanitizer. Great for people with compromised immune systems. No idea what everyone else was touching before touching the screen. But now it’s on your hands. Boogers, sweat, frumunda cheese, it’s anyone’s guess! It like a game of guess the gross! Yay! To make matters worse, they reduce their overhead costs by firing people and installing kiosks, then also raised prices. I’m pretty sure I’m done with Taco Bell. Same with others that take away jobs to replace them with filthy kiosks.

On Thursday around 7:30 or so I went to the drive thru and I ordered 2 lunch boxes, the male employee was rude gave me the drinks in a rude way I asked him for a soda tray, he gave me the boxes I asked him for a bag he bagged them roughly when I arrived home the food was all over the bag cause the boxes had opened we literally had to throw most of our food away. That was really bad.

The worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too. They will not take your order. You have to use the stupid computer to put your own order in. Stop taking away jobs for computers. The workers behind the glass aren’t horrible but I will not go back to this location ever again.
