I’ve always loved Subway and have never had a bad experience until now, which makes this even more disappointing. The bread at this location was so mushy and fragile that as soon as I opened my sandwich, everything completely fell apart. You honestly couldn’t even call it a sandwich it was just pieces of bread falling apart with the fillings everywhere. I don’t know what went wrong with the bread, but it definitely needs to be looked into. As a loyal customer, no one would be happy receiving a sandwich in this condition. I hope this issue is addressed because I truly do enjoy Subway, but this experience was very frustrating.

My son placed an order through the app and paid with a gift card. The order was marked as received and money was taken from the gift card. When he got to the store 10 minutes later they were closed much earlier than their posted hours. My son contacted management via email the next day and received an immediate response apologizing for employees closing early without notice. However, the manager made no acknowledgment of the money my son was charged for food he never received. My son continued to reach out via email several times requesting a refund with no response. He never got his money back.

I asked for ketchup on my sandwich and the lady put hot sauce on it! It tastes awful! Feeling sick. I cannot believe that I paid $20 for this sandwich! Take the zero star reviews serious!

Run of the mill Subway. I took my daughters here for a nice lunch. I had the Garlic chicken sub and it was good and fresh. We were the only ones eating here so it was a nice quiet lunch. The music option was hard rock for some odd reason but it wasn’t too loud.

Me and my friend went there we had only 1 footlong sandwich but we want to cut in half to get different veggies. Both were veggie delight but still that lady wanted to charge us for 6inch sandwich. (x2). She was so rude and she started arguing with us that it’s two different. It was basically one sandwich and we wanted half with spinach and half no spinach. And she also start arguing for changing gloves because we are vegetarian. Very bad service….

they keep changing employees and managers it was very good in the past . new employee and a new manager . he was training her but i noticed that my sub was still very cold like they didnt put enough time while toasting which really messed up the taste but other then that they were very nice

Wish I read previous reviews that they do not accept coupons. What a waste of a trip. Guess I need to drive over by shop rite and go to that location instead. I feel bad for whoever works there having to constantly turn down customers with coupons.

Very skimpy with their proteins, I’ve seen them use the scooper and shake out meat until it’s below level. They also offered a 10% off promotion in which they only applied a 10% discount on one sandwich when it should have been applied to the entire order. Staff does not appear to be tech-savvy. I personally won’t be coming back here again.
