We ordered Cowboy Ranch wings for takeout and they were nearly plain. The food itself was prepared well, but the sauce was missing. When we called, the staff member said they were sauced and didn’t know what we expected. We expected Cowboy Ranch wings to actually have sauce on them. The lack of customer service was the most frustrating part. We usually love Mario’s, but this location missed the mark.

I never ate or order for here. My husband Door dash and he always delivered from the fishbowl. We order us dinner from the fishbowl Friday night. It was Philly cheese Burgers and hand cut fries. Well let me tell you I cook all the time. But that was the best Philly cheese Burgers I have ever had. Now the fries was burnt. And not salted . But those hamburgers was to dye for. So it was well worth it.

Insane prices for the quality and amount of food you get. You can get better wings and onion rings from a gas station. I got 1/2 and 1/2 wings and the honey bbq was literally inedible, I spat it out after my first bite. I actually got down some of the hot flavored wings but had to stop halfway. Onion rings were over cooked and tasted like straight oregano and no other flavor. Thank god they used ranch from the bottle otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to eat any of my food.

I have seen the food and staff is fading quickly. Its really sad when you can’t get what you pay for these days! The staff blame it on being overworked not being able to focus on what quality of food is being sent out. My dad grew up here and we have always considered the original fishbowl AAA no doubt! Suncrest good I hear as well. Maybe send some help over to Westover and teach how to be consistent with quality of food and maybe learn some manners to the manager .. How you treat valuable customers!

Nothing and i mean nothing beats the original marios on Richwood ave. But this location designed for carryout and delivery only and has the same menu options. Food is ready in 30 minutes. The only downside is that food in containers can lose it crispness or get soggy. Still highly recommend best wings in town..

They changed their to go boxes to a cardboard container that soaks up all the sauce and leaks everywhere. As a result the wings are dry and of course they charge for extra sauce. They went from the best in town pre Covid to now the worst, Pizza Hut wings has Mario’s beat hands down…..
