As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I’ll Try It
The fries, unsurprisingly, are the stand out. If you get nothing else but the fires, you’ll have a phenomenal experience.
Great crunch, decent seasoning, but could have been a bit warmer coming out.
Generally, I think the buns could have really helped these sandwiches. They were very “in between”. Not hot or cold, not firm or soft, they seemed like they had been sitting out and added at the very end but not grilled or warm.
The onions on the hot dog had a good crunch, and the bun was a bit soft.
The big Buford was decent. A little too wet with the amount of mayo (luckily I’m a mayo fan or this may be a big turn off. Kind of like the Baconator)
Lastly, we had the cheesecake bites, and they were OK. Some kind of strawberry sauce would have greatly helped as they were at a dry. Also, the powder sugar was good, but if we could have had sugar crystals instead it would’ve popped.
Staff was kind, seemed a bit rushed when taking the order, but overall a better experience than some of the other reviews I’ve read.
The facilities are certainly suffering, but I don’t imagine too may people come here to sit down.
Happy we tried it, may come back for fries.

We pulled in attempting to place an order after being on the road for hours and the young lady was EXTREMELY rude! The drive thru speaker never picked up so we pulled up to the window only for the lady with the headset on to aggressively tell us to pull BACK around bc she can’t take our order at the window! Never asked why we were at the window! No customer service at all! (2/28 @11:20pm) WONT EVER BE BACK! I’ve worked fast food and I definitely know she could have taken her time to take our order rather than telling us to go to the back of the line!

Stopped in so my daughter could use the bathroom on a road trip and it smelled too good not to eat. Food was good. And we didn’t wait long. The service though tops the cake. Brittany was so kind. My daughter is picky so Brittany had her work cut out for her. Highly recommend!

Went here to grab food around 1130 it was very busy at the time but the cashier brittany was very nice and funny. Had a little wait but it was definitely worth it. Got fresh hot food will definitely be back thanks checkers
