Walking in I was greeted within minutes and seated in a good timeframe. Our server came to get the drink order in a timely manner. Our order was taken, and came out quickley and accurately. The store was clean and the manager was checking on customers, including us. Very pleasant experience

The wife and went for a late Sunday evening date. I had pancakes on my mind. When we walked in the door, I noticed they have pumpkin spice pancakes. So I ordered a breakfast with pumpkin spice pancakes . My Sweetheart ordered a vegan healthy meal with a stack of pumpkin spice pancakes everything was D OO LICIOUS. Great atmosphere. Our server was very kind and polite. Great spontaneous date.

I picked up an order from your IHOP location and was handed a sealed bag by the staff. I checked the receipt on the bag, which matched my order, and then went home.
After getting home, I found that the entire order inside was incorrect. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times, but no one answered. Because of this, I drove back to the IHOP location.
When I spoke to the manager, I was treated as if I were an Uber driver and was told that I should have checked the food inside the bag before leaving. I explained that I did check the receipt on the bag, and at no other restaurant am I expected to open sealed bags and inspect individual food items—customers are only expected to verify the receipt.
I was disappointed by both the incorrect order and the way the situation was handled. I believe this could have been resolved more professionally, especially since the mistake was not mine.

Me and my Gf had a great time at this locally owned IHOP. They put much more effort into the food than the other Ihops I have been to. We are happy to come again.

Omg so I just had a spinach and mushroom omelet that tasted like dirt in the middle and my crepes had a bug in the strawberries and now I feel really sick to my stomach. Don’t believe everything you see. This has never happened out of all the times I went to IHOP. The waitress and manager at this Kent location were nice though, such a shame

I was seated at a dirty table but none the less I sincerely enjoyed my meal. I appreciate the waitress who served me. She was very kind. Always gotta go with the steak tips and eggs!!

This IHOP has the best service of any restaurant anywhere near this price range. We had 3 different people check on us to see if we needed anything, including the manager who got us waters after we were already served. They are super busy but are doing amazingly well. The food is good too.

Ordered a side salad and was given lettuce, onion, and tomato. No cheese, no croutons, nothing. Asked my server if this is really all it is and was told “I don’t know, I don’t make it”.
Bill comes and they charge $5 for a side of fries when the menu very clearly says extra sides are $2.50. Manager says “Yup. I walked in one day and the price went up.” When we explained that the menu still said $2.50, he argued about semantics. He said it was HOW we asked for the side and we didn’t specifically say it was an added side to our meal but just a separate side.
Probably the worst experience at an IHOP ever!
