What. The. Hell. Is. This. Are you telling me that THIS is what we paid $30 for??? Are you actually serious??? The breading is falling off of all the chicken, the chicken is greasy, the biscuits were obviously undercooked and shoved into the chicken bucket haphazardly. I worked at a Taco Bell/KFC in Maryland, and i thought WE had problems. I can say with full certainty that in my 7 months of working there, i have NEVER seen such disgusting food be served out our windows. Also we weren’t able to choose our sides, which i suppose is fine considering it was mostly what we wanted, but the coleslaw spilled in the bag when it was handed out the window. Day crew is usually fine, but whoever y’all have working the night shift, please either retrain them or hire somebody new. This is ridiculous.

KFC needs to put a sign by drive thru saying “PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE…THIS IS NOT FAST FOOD!! and to the lady who told other customers “H-NAWL I AINT MOVING” sweetie nobody was trying to steal your place they just wanted to get out of line to leave…smh!!

we love KFC taste great and we love Taco Bell to but they they got to do better at there job I got a Mexican pizza and some tacos,burritos,popcorn chicken and fries, chicken sandwich and fries and they put the Mexican pizza at the bottom of the bag and the pizza box was crushed and sticking to the lid and this is not the first time this makes the third time I got it like this I told them after the first time to not put the Mexican pizza at the bottom of the bag and put everything on top of the Mexican pizza box I told them to put it on top of the other stuff

I had really been wanting some KFC here lately so on my lunch break I go here to get some nice fried chicken and I sit at the counter for 15 minutes waiting for my order to be took and then you have snaggletooth over here not doing her job and my work partner had no gravy on his mashed potatoes. His coleslaw was dry as a bone. They didn’t give him his chicken leg and just all around the food was devastating.

My family had me stop in to get some taco bell and KFC stuff for everyone. The people working here were great they were really nice and fast. Orders were completed fast and were correct. If I’m the area would recommend them for anyone looking for a decent fast variety of food. I forgot something on my original order and ended up going back in and the lady taking taking orders was like oh your back fast is everything ok? Which shows more care than most fast food places I’ve dealt with

A heavier set white girl was very rude and unprofessional. She was rude to her coworkers. At 7:52, we arrived. We didn’t get to order until 7:58. We ordered a Cantina bowl. The drive thru person and the cashier were professional. When they asked her a question, she was rude. One asked her if she had made my bowl. She responded NO very rudely. The drive-thru worker who was assisting all around gave me a refund and apologized.
