I ordered Apple Pecan Chicken Salad & Jr Biggie cheeseburger meal
The salad was disgusting the few pieces of chiicken was hard and dry or old. Burger cold with old tomato,nuggets hard.

November 27th 9pm, went through drive through and ordered some food, I drive home 15min away, and I realize I’m missing my fries, so I go back and the manager on duty at this time was the most disrespectful person I have ever met, very rude and very aggressive person, was screaming at me she made the order and she did not give me the items I was missing. Will never come back here

My last visit to Wendy’s was great! The service was fast and friendly. I had a small issue with my order, but the manager quickly stepped in and took care of it with professionalism and a great attitude. I really appreciated the way it was handled. Definitely a positive experience!

You have a very valuable employee, and I really appreciate her. I’m talking about the petite girl around 17 years old. I have picked up orders from her about 4 or 5 times. She treats people well, knows how to be respectful, and always has a smile on her face. Please don’t let her go—I’ve never seen such a great worker at Wendy’s before.
I live in this area and have been ordering from here regularly for the past five years. I am a Dasher. I gave you one star before. I complained about your staff. Thanks to this girl Melonie, I pulled my complaint from google maps.

2 weeks ago was the worst experience of any wendys on li, ( i see in the reviews im not the only one) I feel so bad tonight the girl i explained it to was apologetic for what i couldnt get and sweet and gave me exactly what I needed. I got a family nugget pack, great value, $15 for 45-48 nuggets, the workers and managers were extremely friendly, I think the girl working at the counter, it was her first day and she did phenomenal, asked her for a water cup right before the end of her shift and she greeted me and was very polite, the manager was also a super chill guy, I accidentally ordered the regular nuggets and the manager didn’t think twice when I asked him can I have the spicy. You guys are the real heroes! Keep it going!
