Free-standing Golden Arches right across from the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets. Heads-up: the soda fountain isn’t in the dining room, so be prepared to ask for refills if the staff is willing. Definitely order ahead on the app — otherwise you’ll likely be politely directed to use the kiosks.

Ordered food on the kiosk only for them to take 20 minutes to make our meal and serve us cold food. When we asked at the very least for our fries to be remade hot, they took another 10 minutes to prepare them. Then we made the mistake of asking for soda refills, another 10 minutes to wait and then I had to wait for them to come back and give me straws. Absolutely the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to in the area. I’ve Ubered McDonald’s and have had food arrive more hot than sitting at this restaurant.

Cleary, McDonald’s wants you to use those kiosks but I absolutely refuse. So, I got a sausage biscuit and a mocha at the counter from real person. This store is nice enough. No complaints except they never stir the chocolate in the bottom of the cup.

We gave our mobile order.number at the drive Thursday. Don’t know what happened but they didn’t have our order when we got there. So we showed our order to her and they still got it all wrong. 2 sweet teas and one was sweet and one was unsweetened, cold fries and the sandwiches were at least right.

We stopped to get the happy meals for the new lil happy meal toys which were very adorable but the store was a mess. Bathrooms were disgusting, trashcans were all overflowing, the tables were all dirty. The app was down too so all in all it was not a great experience.

Went inside at about 10PM. We just needed something to drink. Ordered a large diet coke through the kiosk and saw an offer for a free small shake. Took it. What the hay, I haven’t had a McDonald’s shake since I was 15.
Waited 15 minutes with a dozen other people while nothing came out. Heard an exchange between the manager and two employees about their unplanned absence where they basically abandoned their posts.
Deep apologies we’re appreciated for the time it took to get me a diet coke. The lady doing shakes clearly wasn’t even told there was a need to do mine since the kid who was supposed to tell her was guilty of dereliction of duty.
The coke was fizzy and the shake was just as I remembered with more whipped cream. Not all bad 🙂
See you on the road, if you ever get back on it after ordering at this McDonald’s.

Every time there are missing items even if they take more than 30mins preparing. The staff there is not competent at all! Hire someone who can do simple math. There are other people worth more the jobs.
