Went for a curry with my two brothers I had garlic chilli chicken balti and it was superb – one of the best curry’s I’ve ever had. Overall the food was very good no complaints on that front. However the reason we didn’t give 5 stars was the service, overall it was poor. A couple of the staff who served us were dismissive, rude it it seemed we weren’t valued as potential returning customers. Other than that, the food was fantastic because of this I would go back. An improvement in customer service and I would become a regular I’m sure of it!

Great food, great service, and atmosphere. I have been here a number of times, and I have never been disappointed. Had the Chicken Korma, Lamb Tikka, and Pilau Rice. The korma was very creamy and a nice amount of chicken. The lamb was cooked just right and very tender, and the rice was just right also. I highly recommend a visit it you like a good Indian meal.

My number 1 place for a curry. Been about 20+ times in the past year and every time the food is excellent quality, service is friendly and we always have a great time. Portion sizes are spot on and I’ve taken all my friends and family there and they all love it! One of the jewels of Gloucester for sure, a must for curry lovers

Not the best indian I’ve had and I wouldn’t go back, booked a table but had to wait to be seated very small restaurant, food very average onion bhaji was flat, no desserts offered or coffees you have to go to the bar to pay, the only two positives I can mention is its very cheap and atmosphere was great

I had an amazing dining experience at Polash Restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, and the standout was their impeccable service. Charlie, one of the staff members, made us feel incredibly welcome with his warm hospitality and attentive service. A definite must-visit for great food and a friendly atmosphere!
