Today I ordered bake n shark, a bone-in curry chicken roti plate, and a beef patty and it’s just OK.
The shark was very dry and maybe old but seasoned well, the curry plate was so watery and lacked body and flavor, and the patty was basically dried up meat and crust.
Just lackluster.

My husband and I stopped by One Stop Roti Shop after a trip to Sam’s Club because we were in the mood for something different. We both ordered shrimp rotis, and they were absolutely delicious — full of flavor and perfectly prepared. Loved, loved it! We’ll definitely be back for more.

First time here. Very small not really a sit in place but more of a carry out. The cashier behaves in a true Trini service fashion..no smile no thank you.. no niceties. Food is average tasting not bad but nothing to rave about. I took my food to go and didn’t heed the caution posted at the register: check your order before you leave!! Needless to say my fault I must have picked up the wrong order. Perhaps instead of worker calling out “two chicken roti separate” maybe call out order numbers instead?

I’ve visited this business several times and generally enjoyed their food, but the quality and portion sizes have noticeably declined. If the food standards are going to drop, the prices should reflect that. My saltfish roti was bland with barely any chickpeas, while my husband’s vegetarian roti was overwhelmingly salty. This is the third disappointment, so I’m done.

First visit. You better heed their hand written sign “Check your order before you leave.” I thought they should be doing this? Oh well, we didn’t and got the wrong order or were shorted the aloo pies. Roti was soggy, chicken bathed in oil. My wife, born and raised in Trinidad could easily out cook this place.

I don’t usually go to Stone Mountain & when I do I try to visit new restaurants, so I visited yesterday & was super excited to try it. Ordered the curry goat roti, “wrapped” & a .50 cent pepper sauce & 2 drinks.. $26.. decided to eat there & was truly disappointed. Approximately 5 pieces of goat, bones mainly & chick peas & potatoes. I wanted to say something but they make it clear on all the signage; no refunds & I can see why. I won’t return but I will suggest you get it “unwrapped” to assure ur getting your $’s worth.. smh

Went there today and purchased 3 rotis at $17 each. 2 chicken and 1 shrimp. The portions were extremely small with little to no fillings! The service and quality of food has significantly changed in the past year.

If I can give 0 stars I would. I am Trinidadian and the food from this place is horrible. The curry chicken was watery and the channa and aloo were inedible. The roti was hard and my mom and I both became sick after eating from here. I do not believing in wasting food, but should have just thrown the food away. This place is not authentic and not worth going to for Trinidadian food.

This is my second time waiting hours for service from this place… ordered at 12:33, arrived before 1 pm & left at 2 pm… they need more staff playing food for people… as the only Trini place around the area, most have to come here for authentic food.. just wished they treated their customers time with more respect

Being a trini this roti was ok from a scale from 1-5 I would give it a 3 because I had a chicken roti and I rather the chicken cut up into pieces not in whole pieces and it appears that the roti skin was starting to soak up the curry very quickly because it was thin.
