I know this might sound crazy, but this was my first time eating at any Texas roadhouse ever in my life! My hostess and server were both very nice and welcoming. So because this was my first time coming to this establishment, it was only right that I ordered the steak medium well I had the green beans the blooming onion, which was delicious and a Caesar salad. The bread was also really good. I also tried that sweet butter not sure what was in it but that was also delicious. All of my food came out delicious and hot so I have no complaints there will come back to try more things in my hometown. The way to be seen that was about 20 minutes, but after that, waiting for the food wasn’t long at all.

We had the best dining experience today & it’s all because of Bracus as our amazing server. We received a top notch, royalty treatment like a VIP with Bracus today. He made our Valentine’s Day celebration extra special & definitely a treat that we will never forget. Thanks to Bracus for doing an extra mile for all of us. We were welcomed with a flower bouquet on our table then Bracus took time to write our names with our orders. He also asked for any food allergies & was very knowledgeable about gluten free when we mentioned that our daughter has Celiac Disease. Our meals were served correctly & he made sure we were all taken care of. Then he gave each one of us roses, including my mom in law who was at home & prepared all our to go meals in a bag. He also offered hand sanitizer spray & gums when we were finished with our meals. Then he escorted us on our way out, handed our to-go meals bag & wished us for a safe journey back home. Thank you, Bracus, for taking care of our family on Valentine’s Day! You are the BEST server we’ve ever had!

Tonight I dined at my favorite Texas Roadhouse, and once again it exceeded expectations. This location is always busy, yet the food and overall experience are consistently excellent.
My server tonight was Bracus, and the level of service was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I sat down, my table was beautifully decorated with a stunning bouquet of fresh roses—flowers that Bracus personally brings in himself. Honestly, who ever expects fresh flowers at a Texas Roadhouse? It was an unexpected and thoughtful touch that immediately set the tone.
Bracus managed his section like a seasoned conductor, effortlessly balancing multiple tables while remaining attentive, upbeat, and perfectly timed. I asked for extra ice in my soda, and he delivered without hesitation—my glass was always full and exactly how I like it. The service never felt rushed, and the atmosphere felt far more upscale than you’d expect.
To top it all off, at the end of the meal Bracus even offered fragranced oils and gum. That kind of personal attention—especially for a solo diner—truly goes above and beyond.

My husband and I didn’t have any Valentine’s Day plans, but after his dental appointment we decided to stop by the Texas Roadhouse on Blackwood Ave in Ocoee. We expected a casual meal… instead, we walked into one of the most thoughtful dining experiences we’ve ever had.
There was no wait, and we were seated at a table beautifully decorated with a rose arrangement—one of several set up for the occasion. It immediately set the tone, but the real magic came from our server, Bracus.
From the moment he greeted us, it felt like 5‑star service. He polished our silverware before placing it on black and red napkins he personally brought in for his guests. He offered hand sanitizer, took our order with care, remembered our names, and made excellent menu suggestions. Our food and drinks came out hot and exactly as ordered.
The highlight was when he quietly handed my husband two red roses so he could surprise me. That small gesture made me feel so special and truly seen. After packing our leftovers, he even walked us to the door, held it open, and wished us a Happy Valentine’s Day.
It’s clear that Bracus loves what he does and genuinely loves people. His unique style, attention to detail, and warm personality turned an ordinary dinner into a memorable celebration.
We came for our favorite yeast rolls, steak, and fried catfish… but we left feeling blessed to have met someone who takes hospitality to another level. Thank you, Bracus, for planning and preparing such a beautiful Valentine’s surprise. And thank you, Texas Roadhouse, for consistently great food.

The food was OK. I had the lemon pepper shrimp with seasoned rice. I didn’t taste lemon nor pepper but the rice was delish. The loaded fries were piping hot and the drinks are strong. My man had steak that was supposed to be medium well but instead they cooked it medium rare. I would probably go back and try a different dish or just happy hour.

Bracus was an absolutely magnificent server! From the moment we were seated, he was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and made sure everything was perfect throughout the entire meal. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and his recommendations were spot on.
Bracus created such a warm and enjoyable dining experience for us. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in their work and makes guests feel truly valued. We will definitely be back, and we’ll be asking for Bracus every time!

I ordered to go pick up. Two mins before my pick up time I got a call telling me they are out of potatoes for skins.alternative sure cheese fries. Get home there is not even 10 fries in my container. I call for a manager and sit on hold 20 mins no pickup…call again hold 10 mins no pickup. So upset as this is one of my favorite spots to eat but they have fallen off. No resolution and paid $9.99 for that lil am t of fries pictured w my review

Remembered our names, gave great recommendations, kept us updated on our food, and finished it off with hand sanitizer and wipes. In times like now he was such a breath of fresh air. I have had good service in the past but tonight’s experience surpassed any experience I’ve EVER had in my entire life. Our Server (BRACUS-Ocoee) was PHENOMENAL! Exceptional! So sweet, kind, patient and attentive! I want to praise him for such a fine dine experience. With this evenings interaction, He lifted my spirit when I needed it the most and he didn’t even know it. It shows how a little kindness goes a very long way. I felt he was an amazing person when I saw him with his “pail of flowers” before his shift even started lol. Sure enough I ended up being blessed by his lovely presence. So THANK YOU!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
