This restaurant is a classic. Huge plates of delicious food. The lunch specials come with soup, egg roll, crab Rangoon, your entree, fried or white rice, and a fortune cookie.
They have options of kinds nutritional preferences, vegetarian, and all different meats.
The service is friendly and fast. We keep coming back again and again.

The service was good and I really like the atmosphere, reminded me of an old-school Chinese restaurant. But that’s the only good things I can say about this place, I ordered an appetizer and a house fried rice, you could tell that they did not use one day old fried rice as you’re supposed to, it was very sloppy and watery hardly any kind of meat in it whatsoever and the one piece of chicken that was in there. I honestly felt like maybe it wasn’t chicken like I was eating cat or something. The egg rolls also just tasted nasty. I’m visiting from out of town and I would definitely not recommend this place. I honestly thought it was gonna be a good Chinese food because of the Atmosphere inside, but not at all, don’t spend your money here. Definitely not worth it as the food is horrible. I regret not reading the reviews before I went there. Seems like this place used to be really good and recently has gone downhill.

My father has been coming to this restaurant for about 23 years now. When he first took me, the Chinese food was so authentic and amazing, and the food was fresh. I highly recommend ordering the Sesame Chicken and some jalapeño Chicken. I give it 5 stars because of the food, the waitress, and the staff—they were so friendly and sweet. It’s also a tribute to the owner, who passed away, and I hope he rests in peace. The food is still amazing.

Driving instructors for my CDL school highly recommended coming here for the sesame beef alone! I had the chicken drunken noodles and an order of egg drop soup as well.
Phenomenal flavor!
I’ll be coming back next time I come back to the Denver area!

The food was great tonight. We usually go to Heaven Dragon in Brighton but they close on Tuesday. We’re were so happy to see they also in Thornton, about the same distance from our house. The food was great and the staff was friendly. Didn’t see much of the restaurant but we might dine in next time. I highly recommend them.

I remember coming to this place since being a small child. It used to be one of my favorite places to eat. After a few recent visits sad to say this no longer is the place for me. How are you going to advertise having brown rice and then when customers order it it’s no longer available. After asking to sub my items for noodles instead I was told I cannot do that. I questioned why is this the case we were always able to substitute before. All while we are discussing this the waiter/manager keeps hugging my grandma. Noticing my grandma’s discomfort I ask him to please stop touching her. He keeps saying she’s a long time customer as if this gives him a right to put his hands on her. Odd behavior. My grandma at the end of the meal stated she would not come back either that the service and food was no longer up to par on what Heaven Dragon used to be

I ordered on door dash, but need to share the review here as well… this place makes absolute SLOP
The quality of meat was so poor that it could have came from a can, and everything was stewing in juice – not sauce. I’ve never had such awful tasting sesame chicken, it was all mangled and overcooked using dirty oil.
I’m furious about the food I received, I ordered 3 dishes and threw the entire $100 order in the trash.
I’ve ordered in the past and it was decent, not sure if there has been a change in ownership/chefs.the boxes are crappy non-microwaveable.

DO NOT EAT HERE. The pork seemed to be boiled and overcooked, we didn’t receive our chow mein with our order. The egg drop soup was gamey, and both that and our wonton soup were flavorless. The crab cheese Rangoon was sour and I bit into something tough when eating the seasme chicken. Not to mention we received uncooked raw vegetables with our sweet and sour chicken.
Overall it was an extremely distasteful unpleasant. I would not try it again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Beyond excellent food! Very affordable food! Very friendly staff! If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. We eat here once a week & have been since we moved to Colorado in 2018. We heard about it from a local & we had to try it. There is something for everyone on their menu. This place has scattered for Air Force One!

So, I just left a review and accidentally left it under my Royal Lion business profile concerning hair in my food, specifically the fried rice. I initially decided to continue eating my food and about 2 bites in I found a metal wire from like a grill brush or a pot scrubber in my lo mein. We spent 55 bucks. We did call back and report this and they did agree to a refund. I that was good of them, but I will no longer order food from there as find both hair and wire of some type in the same order of food. We legitimately can no longer trust a restaurant that served us food with both hair and wire in it.
