Great spot to grab coffee and breakfast! The coffee is always fresh and the donuts are delicious. Service is fast and the staff are friendly, making it a perfect stop when you’re on the go. The location is clean and well organized, and the drive-thru is very convenient. Always a reliable place for a quick and tasty start to the day!

As a norwich local (unfortunately) i can confidently state that this place used to be great, but idk what has happened within the past few months. I always go through the drive through and the last like 5 times i have gone here the service has been SO slow. I just came back from dunkin today and i kept looking at the clock and it genuinely took half an hour from the time i got to the ordering speaker thing until i left with my order. On top of that, the food has been so mediocre. The everything bagels used to be my go to but every time i have ordered them recently they are either doughy or stale, but always gross, so i have been ordering the everything stuffed bagel minis instead (these are still good). LASTLY, the people speaking at the drive through have the worst attitude ever and it is not what you want to hear after you have already been waiting in line for forever. Last summer there was a young person that would always be on the speaker and they were super sweet and friendly but idk what happened to them (plz come back and save the dunkin )

So it’s Christmas Eve and I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts location simply to order a mocha latte.
2:30 in the afternoon and there’s only two employees which I understand nearing the holiday. The tall girl was working very hard. The other girl shorter had the nastiest attitude And dumped that on me at the Register. Note that I come in here often and the people are usually very nice, this employee I have never seen before, but something really needs to be done about her as my family and I made a pact to never come back to the Duncan location again, just because of one bad employee.

Call Dunkin Support, or whatever. Get it fixed. Don’t use it as an excuse for the next 3-7 years for flupped up product, please. This shit ain’t cheap.
Now my only food for today is a slice of cold AND burnt toast, yet again.

I can’t go here anymore. They keep putting regular milk (something I’m allergic to) instead of Oat milk like I asked. It was a good run but I have to stop for fear of having to go to the ER.

On my way home my sister is drinking hers swallows a fly. She got sick. I pull over start going though her drinks find 3 more. Gross. Went back to dunkin bring back all drinks. I didn’t even sip mine. They at first told me no manager was on that shouldnt matter if manager was on or not. Still continue to serve drinks without a care. At first wouldn’t give me a return receipt I told them I want it.
Should have close that store down right than and there and figure out why flies were in drinks not continue to serve them. My sister thrown more than 3 times that shit is nasty.

I stood at the front counter for at least two minutes before anyone acknowledged me. So then I waited another 3 or 4 minutes while they kept doing drive through orders. I spoke up and said I have been waiting about 5 minutes and the girl gave me attitude and said drive thru comes first. She was extremely rude and told me that I didn’t know what real customer service was and then said you can wait even longer now because I got upset because I was be ignored. There only saving grace this morning was the gentleman making sandwiches. He was kind and sweet and came up to do our order because she was to good and nasty to care that all customers are important. I live 2 minute drive from that store and I won’t be going back for a while. This is not my first time having to wait extra time because I came in. This even happens when I do online. There was 3 workers in the store at this time.
